Gorgeous Wedding Flowers. Carrie was wonderful in working with me. I don't know a lot about flowers, so we discussed different types for my tropical bouquets and matched the colors of the wedding. They came out amazing!!! They tied into the wedding perfectly and didn't wilt despite a 1 hour drive out to Horseshoe Bay and then being in the heat all afternoon. Everybody was raving about how wonderful the looked and I just absolutely loved them. I had gone through several florists who were too busy to really give my wedding the attn it needed and when I first met with Carrie, she talked with me for over an hour until we got exactly what I wanted. I felt she really cared about the wedding and she is also very well priced compared to many other places I got quotes from in Austin.

Excellent Customer Service!!! A winner. I called today to send flowers to my mom again and they were exceptional. The staff has been excellent each time I have called and always helpful to complete my order as I expect. I stopped using the online people and will call a florist myself if in a different town but for Austin this is a local florist and they get my business always. You cannot go wrong.

Made my day even when they were busy. I called at the last minute to ask for a special request for my daughters homecoming at school and the staff accomodated my request with a smile. They were in the middle of working on two weddings but still went above and beyond my expectations ahead of schedule and with a great attitude. I will use this shop going forward for my business and personal needs.

Best Florist and local in Austin. I used this florist today to order flowers for a funeral and they did a great job. The order was on time and the flowers were fresh. My corporate account will be transferred to them as they are friendly and do a great job. I like to buy from local businesses and this florist is in Austin.

Great Customer Service. Top Florist in my book and local in Austin. I was referred by a friend. They delivered flowers to my mother the same day I ordered. They made a special delivery since I knew that I called to late. They went out of the way to accomodate my mom's birthday. The flowers were gorgeous and perfect. They lasted about 10 days she said. They will have my order again on Mother's Day.

Awesome Wedding Florist. Awesome Wedding Florist-used them in March and they were always helpful. My bridal and bridesmaids were exact to order and a perfect size, mothers loved thier corsages, and the altar was incredible. I had many requests and changes and they always responded quick. I felt that we needed to meet again and there was no problem. They do have to charge at some point for consulations but did not. The rain created problems for me (3 days prior) and they accomodated me the best they could without any cost to me for adjustments too. They worked within my wants and wishes on flowers to fill the budget I could afford. I highly recommend this florist to anyone.

Excellent florist and customer service. I have never been let down by this florist. They are local in Austin and a 100% all the time for me. If I ever have a problem they take action immediately. They are the best and I highly recommend them for all flower type services.
