Best Shoppping Experience. Fabulous! The cocktail dresses and tops are amazing. They have their own in-house designs in addition to other labels too so that you will definitely not be seen with the same outfit as someone else. Michelle Koen is a great designer and so friendly and accessible. I also bought my wedding and bridesmaid dresses there, custom designed by Michelle. She made me her greatest fan.......

The Staff and the Store!. I love going to Giada but the only thing that ruffled my feathers is how they change out Sales Associates every other week. I had come into the store for the first time around Nov. 05. "R" as I will refer to her, helped me understand what the store was all about as well as find something that fit my body type since I am an ethnic woman and it's usually a challenge to find something to fit me well. I came back to both stores several times in between Nov. 2005 and Jan. 2006. When I finally returned in early March I had learned that "R" had been relieved of her duties at Giada. I totally understand the business aspects of hiring, firing and making employee cuts etc. but keeping a steady staff is what makes boutiques different than going to a department store. Just a thought.

BEST SHOPPING IN TEXAS. I went into Giada not knowing what to expect, so many of the other boutiques have pretentious sales staff, but at Giada this was not the case. The selection is one of a kind and I get complimented every time I wear the clothes I bought from them. Any time I have an event I know exactly where I'm going to get the outfit. It really is the best shopping in Austin, and maybe even in Texas.

Pleasant Surprise. I went into Giada looking for a cocktail dress with thoughts of a snooty place like St. Thomas. Was I surprised!! They were so courteous and helpful. They talked to me about colors and styles I liked and really seemed to care about my neds. I would go back here in the future to look for dresses and gowns. They have a nice selection set up by color. Great for Prom, Wedding or Social Events.

User review by llmitchellb. I was dazzled by the beautiful stores. I had money in my pocket and a special occasion on the rise. But low and behold, I walked out empty handed because a size 6 was the largest I saw in nearly every dress there. I'm not a "plus-size" woman. I wear a 10 on a good day and a 12 on about 5 days per month ;) I have a bmi of 22. That's perfectly healthy. I asked the sales associate if I was looking in the wrong place, and she said that this was not a new problem, that the owner refuses to get "bigger girl" clothes in - no matter how many times the sales staff addresses the issue with her.

Best Atmosphere. Wow! This is New York shopping Austin style. The staff really knows their stuff and they're sooooo nice. Awesome lines expecially the dresses. Thanks for a great experience Giada!

It really is the best..... Atmosphere, service and lovely clothes. Its like a fashion oasis. The sales people there make you feel so welcome and special..............and the prices are usually better than the other downtown boutiques.

If you want to look haute.... I came in with the goal of finding that head-turning dress that I like to impress my beau with once a year. I'd passed this place on the way home each day, but had never stopped in.

I was delighted to find so many beautiful, tasteful styles - as well as the really funky ones too - and ended up having a very tough time choosing between four very different outfits - but all equally as gorgeous.

I settled on one lovely one - with the help of a friend and Giada's incredibly helpful staff - two very friendly ladies who gave me some great feedback - whether I liked it or not.

This place is definitely a class act. I'd shop there again - in a heartbeat!
