I dont know if they are run/preform any different than in Cedar park, but my experience there was terrible, and they resist any refund, which makes me wonder

1. Do they appreciate the customer/respect their preferences

2. Are so many customers disappointed that they aren't willing to compensate.

experience was so poor I wrote Aveda.

March 10, 2012 Kim Warren. Alisa Beyer is the best hairdresser I have ever known!! She has done wonders with my hair!! I trust her with all my heart! I have had more complements on my hair and have referred several of my patients to her. On top of being a great hairdresser she is a wonderful person as well! I just Love Her!!!! Go See Her!!!

Breeze in Georgetown is Awesome. I have been going to Breeze Salon in Wolf Ranch here in Georgetown for about 3 years. The people in the salon are always welcoming and genuine. My hair dresser Alisa does an awesome job. My hair is long and she takes the time necessary to color and style my hair just as I describe to her that I want.

I had not used the Aveda products until I started going to Breeze and now that is all I will use. At my age, hair needs all the help it can get and I have received so many compliments on my hair which I never had before. It would be well worth your time to check out this salon and the Aveda products.

Great salon!. I love coming to Breeze! Alisa is the best. I have curly hair and have never found anyone who is as great with it as she is. I highly recommend Breeze to anyone!!

Such a great salon!. I've been coming to Breeze for about a year and a half now after trying several salons in Georgetown and can definitely say that Breeze is the best!! I've been in for manicures, hair cuts and color and have always been very happy with the results. I've been with several different stylists, but my best experience has been with Alisa. I won't go to anyone else for my highlights and color now! I highly recommend Breeze to everyone, make an appointment if you haven't already!!

Response to Last Review. I am the owner of the salon and I would like to respond to this review. First of all I believe this is completely false, as I feel this is a fraud review from an ex employee. Unfortunatley in the service industry especially the salon enviornment everyone is not a fit for the culture we posess. That being said the people that have been mentioned in this review are all managers, including Andrea. I do not see how myself the owner and three managers would have responded to any guest this way. I love what I do and take pride in my salons and never feel like I have to be there, I always want to be. The managers are truly caring people and want nothing but theguest to be happy. I am the one who receives ALL customer emails, and I have not received one email about this situation. I would also like to know where these formal complaints were sent to because I haven't received that either. If this is truly a client I have not received any messages, formal complaints, or emails, so please do email me so we can discuss this. I would be foolish to not appreciate what I have in my business and treat clients in such an improper manner. It is just not in my nature or the nature of my managers.Only caring people can work at Breeze. This way of doing business has earned us the title of one of the Top 200 salons in the nation for 4 years in a row. If this review is true we would not be where we are today.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE.. I've been to Breeze a few times and my experiences were always horrid. I eventually learned my lesson and started going to a different salon. The front desk girls are dumber than dirt and obviously have no experience working the front desk of a salon. I, also, had the privilege of meeting the owner of the salon. She was pushy and rude and I got the feeling that she didn't really enjoy being there. Talent wise, I'd say most of the stylists are good, my last experience, however, was a disaster. I was placed with Andrea and I told her exactly what I wanted, showed her a few pictures and I really don't think she heard one word I said. She ruined my hair and even though I was obviously upset when I left her chair she just acted like she didn't care. When I informed the front desk manager that I was not pleased she went and got the salon manager who made it pretty clear that it didn't really matter what I felt as long as they got their money.

I've sent a few emails, made a few phone calls, and even filed formal complaints to the owner of Breeze and I have yet to hear a word from anyone.

In my opinion, the owner doesn't know how to run a salon. They are money hungry and they overcharge for their mediocre work.

I will NEVER go back and I will make sure everyone I talk to knows what a terrible salon Breeze is.

I FOUND LAURA HARKNESS!!!!!!!. just read the reviews to follow and you will understand why i was so devastated to lose her.. oh, and don't expect anyone at either salon to tell you how to get a hold of her either. If you are looking for YOUR stylist, you can find her on Facebook!! i would post her contact info, but i'm not to sure she would appreciate that!!

super rude front desk girls. I have walked in to this salon with the intention of booking an appointment but every time I go in, Iam met with super rude front desk girls. So you would think that after I had experienced rude people twice then I would never go back but it is super cute in there and I love Aveda! I just kept hoping my experience would change....like maybe they just had a couple of yuck people working there....WRONG....I went in again for a third tIme and AGAIN snooty rude girls!!! Ugh...whatever, Im so over breeZe!

Laura H - FIVE STARS - PLUS!. I have been a long-time customer at Breeze Salon and Day Spa. I have had the opportunity to experience several stylists. Unfortunately, many of my favorite stylists are no longer there.

I had a couple of okay experiences, but I hadn't found MY stylist. I was fortunate enough to be paired with Laura H. It is a match made in heaven. I can't speak highly enough about Laura H! She is a fantastic colorist and stylist.

If you are looking ... search no more. I recommend her. She has reaffirmed my loyalty to Breeze. She's a terrific talent ANYwhere - but especially in Georgetown!
