HALLOWEEN HORROR-DONT WAST YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!. We stopped in after trick or treating with a party of 7. The place was dead. The waitress took 10 min before greeting us and taking our drink order. We had to wait 15 before our drink were delivered to the table although we could see our drinks ready at the bar. Finally we get our drink. On three seperate occassions food was brought to our table that was not ours. The manage delivered our order and proceeded to drop my sons chicken strips on the floor and again tried to give us food that we had not ordered...the manager. Drinks were not refilled without our request, eventhough glasses were empty. I ordered a second frozen bar drink and watched it sit at the bar again. I got up and got it myself. No one noticed or commented on it. We made a few comments regarding slow service to the server but she didnt seem to "get it" or care. We noticed that every time the waitress appeared on the floor she was walking out of the back wth the same waiter. (Just saying...) Needless to say we left change for a tip. $2. More than she deserved. Upon arriving home, my daughter noticed her holloween bag which included her digital camera was left at the restaraunt, we called immediatley. To no surprise...no bag was found. The waitress made a comment that it must be bad karma. Like I said in the beginning the place was dead. It was late and time for closing, so how could the bag just of disapeared???? We will be speaking to the GM regarding this matter!
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT SERVICE. I recently went to this restaurant for lunch and had a horrible experience with the staff and the management. We called ahead to let them know we had a large party and the time of our arrival. When we arrived the table was set-up but we waited 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. The waitress who took the drink order wouldn't allow us to place a food order at the same time. So we waited another 15 minutes to order food. Drink refills were not timely and one of us waited 20 minutes for her alcoholic beverage. At 10 til one, (we had to be back at work at one) we asked the manager what was keeping our order since we placed it 25 minutes ago. He assured us it would be out in 4 minutes. It was not and we left the restaurant without food and without paying. It was a terrible experience for which no one apologized to us. Neither management or staff. They claimed to be so busy, but the restaurant was about 1/4 full. Two waitresses were standing near the door for much of the time we were there, doing nothing. DO NOT GO HERE!
A colorful seafood restaurant for kids of all ages--especially the younger ones..
In Short
Admittedly kitschy, unavoidably noisy, this Red Lobster for rug rats is like an oversized seaside shanty awash in oceanic memorabilia--fishing nets, souvenir trinkets, plastic flotsam and jetsam. Staffed with a lively crew of G-rated table-dancing servers, the family-friendly chain anchors its menu in all things crab: Crab balls, crab cakes, crab dip, crab gumbo. Finicky children opt for corndogs or hamburgers; shellfish-phobic adults dine on rib eye steak or mesquite-grilled chicken.
