What a scam

I enlisted this maid service to come and clean my home that was staged to be sold. A young girl came to the door, did not know if it was the correct address and did not know what to do. She asked us where she should start. Most professionals have a routine, she did not. In addition, I had to sign a form saying I would not call them back for anything left uncleaned and I had to pay cash up front. That should have been a warning signal.

The work performed was below expectations. She did not clean the baseboards, ceiling fans, or wipe off the front of the kitchen cabinets. The oven vent was not even wiped down. None of the doors were wiped and even the large bar was not cleaned. I would not use them again for the above mentioned reasons and the reason I used them in the first place was because of their good reviews. Perhaps their friends and family members wrote them or maybe other people did get good service, but I did not.

Quick, efficient, and thorough

I've been using Maid to Perfection for approximately the last year. The maids are quick, efficient, and do a thorough job cleaning. I haven't come across any problems with scheduling. The office workers are very helpful, too!

Awesome cleaning company

I have been through several different cleaning companies over the past six years. I wasn't completely happy with with any of them, due to various issues ranging from the office staff or the cleaners. Maid to Perfection has given me the royal treatment compared to these companies. The office staff is professional and friendly. Whenever the maids come to my home they always are professional and friendly and continually service my cleaning needs -- for example, I request that they use certain products on my wood furniture and make my bed in a particular way. No other company was able to follow that consistently except for Maid to Perfection, and I plan to continue to use them regularly in the future!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

This company is a complete joke. They promised perfect service, then when they couldn't even clean the floors properly, they told my office to find another cleaning company! When their representative would come to clean, there would be dirt and crumbs left behind on the floor, which made it obvious that he was doing the job right. We had to call to complain so many times, I guess they just got tired of fighting with us. One of the supervisors told us that "it just wasn't working out"! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?

Don't waste your money!

I choose Maid to Perfection because of all the great reviews on City Search..i was not impressed at all with the services. I purchased the Move In/Out service for a house Im selling, this should be a deep cleaning cabinets, base boards, bathrooms, counter tops, ceiling fans, etc. When I inspected the property the only thing I could tell that had been done was vacuuming. There was dust on the ceiling fans, the base boards had not been cleaned, I suppose they moped but I could not tell, there was still grime on the cabinets, kool-aid stains on the counter top. I was told they used the most abrasive cleaners and if it was still there it wouldn't come out, a trip to Walmart to buy magic eraser pads and SOS pads took all the stains off of the counter, cleaned up the stove, took crayon marks off the walls and doors, and a little 409 cleaned up the base boards.

I had to waste my time going over everything they missed, dont waste your time or money on this company.

The only pro was the phone staff was friendly and willing to send some one back out on Monday, that would not work for me as my house was going up for sale on Sunday.
