In Short – Warm golden walls, wood interior and hanging wrought-iron and glass lamps provide a relaxing backdrop. Meanwhile, a wall-length leather banquette and low, candlelit tables encourage intimate conversation among the eclectic crowd of young professionals. A long "floating bar" down the center of the room provides additional seating and is perfect for larger groups. The limited menu consists of soups, salads and an array of tapas like crab cakes and chicken satay.
Rum selection to die for!
by ladylonghorn08
The rum selection deserves 5 stars. The negative one star is for them being out of the rum I wanted. Another negative star is that the place wasn't very comfortable due to the fact I was in jeans...that place isn't for casually dressed folk. Another negative star is for the fact my boyfriend sat uneasily the whole time and grumpy because he felt like he didn't belong there also due to us being casually dressed. The regular mojitos are yummy, but the raspberry mango? mojito tasted like cough syrup. The bartender friendliness was average. He did his job, and found no other reason for interaction. The soap dispensers are cool enough to give it back one star. Even though the rum selection is amazing, like nowhere else in town. I'd personally prefer to kick back and relax with a cap morgan mojito at Trudy's, rather than doll up for an hour to go to a bar.
- Pros: One Barrel rum when they have it
- Cons: Too ritzy to the point of uncomfortableness
Eh..bartenders should stop drinking on the job and focus on customers.

I liked this place for awhile with the $35 pitcher of mojitos, until a bartender tried to double charge me for someone else's drinks.
I saw her take shots with other customers at the bar so maybe she had been buzzed or something. My friend ordered a round of drinks and paid for it with cash. Then I ordered a round right after him, gave her my credit card and told her to close it right away (I never leave open bar tabs on credit cards..), and got the charge back with all the drinks he just ordered AND mine! I told her that he had just paid with cash and she said he didn't, and then she tried to say that some other people that said they wre part of my party put the drinks on my tab, which DIDN'T MAKE SENSE because I had JUST handed her my card right after I ordered..
So then we had to get the manager out, explained to him the entire story, and he had to 'review' this on tape only to find that the CUSTOMER was right.
RUDE!!!!!!!!!! I really try to avoid this place now.
- Pros: mojitos are good
- Cons: RUDE STAFF, LIARS
Alright for drinks

We wen to Cuba Libre on a recommendation from a friend that the drinks were outstanding. I personally found the drinks to be mediocre. They put way too much lime and mint in everything, from the mojitos, rum and cokes, even bourbon drinks!! The lime and mint are all you can really taste. They service was not that great, my girlfriend has to send her drink back several times because it was not what she ordered. The drink prices were pretty steep.
The decor is fairly nice, but the loud music can make it hard to converse. After about 11, the crowd demographics started to change, and the place started to fill up with girls who were a bit too tan, and guys who had one too many button undone on their shirts.
