I had used the Steam Team in the past but never again! I have a rental property and I paid them to clean the carpet several weeks ago. I did not inspect the cleaning because I had good luck with this company in the past and I did not want to bother the renter so I did not check the carpet cleaning. The elderly renter just moved out and the carpets look like they had not been cleaned at all. I contacted the and they said they only guarantee there work for 10 days!

I had my first experience w/ the Steam Team yesterday and couldn't have been more pleased! I had several large, old stains that I was sure would never come up - but I was proven wrong. Overall, it was a great experience - totally worth the money spent.

I used The Steam Team for dryer duct
cleaning, and I'll never again look elsewhere! The last time I had this work done, the company that came out used only a shop vacuum to clean the duct, and I had to call them back twice because they did a terrible job, This time, I called The Steam Team, and Steven S. came out with all of the necessary equipment, and did a terrific job. Our dryer works like it did when it was brand new (it's 10 years old), because of the thorough job Steven did.
Couldn't be more pleased, and recommend these guys highly. Job more than well done!

Had The Steam Team out for the first time last week and I must say I will never use another steam cleaning company ever! Roman was the BEST. Lots of great information on how to keep my carpets cleaner in between steam cleaning and my carpet looks and smells great! Even a week after! Thanks so much Roman! See you in a month!

This is the second time I have had Steam Team visit my house. This time to take care of a couch that had dirt all over it (thanks to a lovely puppy of ours). Anyways, Steam Team did an amazing job, and even gave me tips on how to preserve the couch. They also cleaned our carpets the day of (for a great price). I was really impressed with the service and overall experience. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Love my like new carpet!. Shon Edwards was back again today to work on my tile floors....they are gorgeous. I can't say enough about Shon and the Steam Team.

The Steam Team did an amazing job cleaning the carpets in our condo. They sent an email the day before to confirm, they came on time, they were very professional and they were reasonably priced. I also like The Steam Team because they are local, and they support the school district where my kids attend school.
