He hesitated in giving it to me because his wife had not had an opportunity to talk to me about joining. I told him i needed to call my husband. I cannot explain to you why a woman should ever have to negotiate the return of her purse from a SELF DEFENCE instructor. Needless to say after speaking to Mrs. Hardy (a pressured conversation) I did not sign up. My husband seemed to be under the impression he could at least suspend his membership for school. Due to the minimal classes offered his school schedual did not allow him to attend the krav maga classes. Mr.Hardy was less than helpfull and we will have to pay for 6 months of membership he cant even use. this company seems very shady and i would offer caution to anyone who is interested.
Great work out. Difficult cacellation process. I signed up with a contract for a year. I believe thats the minimum. During the 2 classes I attended in that year, the cardio workout was great. I did not attend the actual martial arts part. The instructor will work your butt off no doubt. Even though life events occurred that prevented me from attending, I continued to pay my 50 dollar a month membership fee. When it came time to quit, I found it's not all that easy. I think needing a return reciept letter before they will cancel is an uneccessary hoop. So before you sign, make sure you will be able to commit for a year, and be prepared to read the fine print on canceling
