Austin is so fortunate to have such a fantastic one stop shop for all your nursery needs. There store is a sweet little cottage feel and the staff bends over backwards to make your nursery dreams come true. From a baby gift to baby cribs, baby coco is the place to go!

Huge Disappointment

This store has the absolute worst customer service we have ever experienced. The employees were unresponsive, rude, and had different answers to the same questions depending on who you were talking to.

We were in the store two weeks ago and placed an order for furniture. Yesterday I was advised that despite my credit card being charged my order still had not been placed with vendors.

Had employees at the store had sufficient product knowledge they wouldn't have allowed me to order something that couldn't be made. In my case, they did, then took two weeks to let me know.

Instead of the customer always being right and recognizing they made a mistake by not effectively communicating, they chose to attack the buyer who was purchasing thousands of dollars of furniture from their store!

I have since cancelled my order and purchased elsewhere. Being a new mom is a stressful enough time and there are so many equally adorable stores out there.

Unimpressed with the Customer Service

I ordered a product from this store and was told the expected delivery time was 4-6 weeks, but after 8 weeks, no product had arrived. So, I contacted the store, and was told that they were waiting for a status update from the manufacturer and would get back to me. Finally, my order arrived two weeks or so later. When I looked at the invoice on my order, it was evident to me that Baby Coco actually ordered my product from the manufacturer on the same date that they told me that they were awaiting a status update on the order. While I don't know who lost the order, Baby Coco never acknowledged to me the error or apologized for the delay. While I might expect that kind of service from a Babies 'R Us, I expect more from a high end boutique store. All in all, I was not impressed.

The kind of store you want to visit while pregnant :)

The owner and sales associate were very very friendly, offering me water and a seat in a super comfy mommy glider as I browsed. The store has a great art selection for kids rooms, and quite a large assortment of products for such a small space. It has a cozy feel which makes it easy to imagine what it would feel like in your own home. I even wanted to buy their display pieces.

Impeccable customer service - the women at Baby Coco have wonderful design skills and incredible patience and service. I wanted my baby's nursery to be perfect and they made it happen! They also have the most beautiful things - my crib is handmade and my bedding is one of a kind. I couldn't be happier!!!
