Charming entertainment for young children.. I saw Doodlebug at a birthday party where my 2-year-old daughter was a guest. I was extremely impressed. Her accessible and gentle manner made her an instant hit and before long she had all of the kids in the palm of her hand.

Afterward she did face painting. I was used to the sort of face doodles on children's cheeks one finds at festivals. I was amazed to see Doodlebug patiently create artistic masks upon the children. My daughter got a tiger face that was so cute that we were sad to wash it off.

People often feel that entertainment for the young is a lowly trade lacking in skill or taste. Doodlebug is an inspiring example of someone who thinks young kids are worth the trouble. From the skill she displays, Doodlebug thinks they are worth a great deal of trouble.
