My experience. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE,NO FOLLOW UP

I went into the Bee Cave location shortly after they opened, there were no customers except myself during the time I was there.

I spoke to a couple sales persons about my project indicating that I was shopping for window covering for a house under construction. After choosing a couple options, I provided my measurements and asked for a rough estimate and provided my phone # and email address.

I waited several weeks before calling to follow up, I left a message with another sales rep who said they would get back to me right away, it has been weeks since that follow up call and still never heard back.

I am ready to move into my house and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Excellent service and product. We bought white plantation blinds for almost every room in our house, and we love them. They fit perfectly and are just what we wanted. The woman who came to our house to measure did a great job, was friendly, and communicated well via e-mail. The man who installed the blinds also was friendly, efficient, and didn't make a mess. Our family of four has no complaints, only positives.

Austin-tatious BLinds DOES NOT deliver!. This company is by far, the worst I've dealt with in Austin. My blinds were not what I ordered, I had to wait over two weeks to get the right ones installed and then they balked at providing a discount. I would go elsewhere if you desire timely, friendly and fair service.

.... Order took a really long time to come in, but that was understandable around Christmas.

My experience just didn't live up to the reviews here, which is why I ordered there in the first place.

beautiful shades, beautiful service. Effortless! Stephanie came to our new home, was infinitely patient while I chose exactly what I wanted, measured each window carefully, and was, herself, delightful.

The blinds arrived precisely on time and were installed quickly and well. I was even given tips on how best to use them. Perfect service from start to finish. Recommend them HIGHLY! I've never had such a splendid experience with window treatments or found such nice people in the process.

Great company. Having moved into our new house in November 07, we needed window & door coverings for every room. We also wanted everything installed by Christmas, as we had family visiting. We contacted Austin-tatious Blinds & Shutters & arranged for a consultation. Tracey was fantastic & she had some really good suggestions about the products that we should use. Everything was installed in time for Christmas & when we had a small problem with a couple of blinds, all it took was a call to the office, followed by a visit from Kenny to rectify the problems & everything was sorted, excellent customer service. We are so pleased that we chose Austin-tatious Blinds & Shutters & I would certainly recommend that all my friends use this company.

Best in Town. Excellent service. Great rates. Nice people. I couldn't ask for more. They worked within my budget and gave my office an excellent, finished look. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service and high quality products. I am very pleased with my new shutters and blinds. The total effect exceeded my expectations! Tracey took the time in helping me select the right things for my house. I have already received so many compliments from the neighbors and friends who have come by. My shutters are so awesome - what I always wanted - and the look and feel that I wanted! The work was very professionally done, and they have excellent people working for them. Their prices were very reasonable, and the whole package was much more affordable and well-coordinated than any others I had considered. I highly recommend giving them a call first. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful Products, Great Customer Service. The staff at Austin-tatious Blinds and Shutters made purchasing new window treatments for my home soooo much easier. I had no idea what I wanted or what would look best and their helpful staff was able to point me in the right direction. I found something that fit the decor of my rooms and within my budget. I would use their service again in a heartbeat!
