Excellent service and product

We bought white plantation blinds for almost every room in our house, and we love them. They fit perfectly and are just what we wanted. The woman who came to our house to measure did a great job, was friendly, and communicated well via e-mail. The man who installed the blinds also was friendly, efficient, and didn't make a mess. Our family of four has no complaints, only positives.

Austin-tatious BLinds DOES NOT deliver!

This company is by far, the worst I've dealt with in Austin. My blinds were not what I ordered, I had to wait over two weeks to get the right ones installed and then they balked at providing a discount. I would go elsewhere if you desire timely, friendly and fair service.
