really like this place. We really like this place. It's quaint and the pizza and salads are typically great. The only down side is I have found it to be hit or miss. Some days the food is really good and fresh and other days it seems like it's not so fresh. I always hope for the best and keep returning.

THEIR CAKE IS BLOWSSSS!!!. One sliver of cake costs $5. It is stale. The cheesecake is curdled and has been in the cake holder for weeks. AT LEAST! The man said it came from Italy. AND IT DID! In a non-refrigerated box. In March. The fruit was dry and shriveled, the cake was dry and tasted like cardboard. Don't be fooled by the pretty looks! The fruit goo on top was solidified and plasticized. And rubbery. We could literally bounce it. I now feel queasy and instead of going out on the town, I plan on sitting on the floor next to my toilet. WORST CAKE I'VE EVER HAD!

Delicious!. I have been to Uno twice for dinner now and have LOVED it both times! The pizza is delicious and there are a ton of interesting combination to choose from, ranging from more traditional to more unique 'specialty' choices. This past time I had the Spinach and Prosciutto pizza which I highly recommend.

The wine list is also incredible with a large selection of Italian wines and the staff is very knowledgeable if you ask for their advice.

Wow what a wine list!. It was my first visit at Uno's and I was surprised with the wine selections as well as prices. I was shocked how their wine prices were cheaper than Central Market? Here you can drink or take the wine to go with you much different than other restaurants.

The food was also pretty good but I'll be back for more wine!

A Horrible Lie. The pastries are all pre-frozen. The desserts are Frozen from Italy and stored for a month. The Pizza crust are Frozen. The Noodles are Microwaved! If you get to go into the kitchen look for a stove you will be disappointed to find a wall of microwaves and freezers. This place is a fraud and I highly recommend going somewhere else. The only thing this place has to offer is being located in the middle of nowhere. If your stuck in traffic on west lake and 360 I could see how it would be a good idea to stop.

Great coffee, food, & customer service. I am a frequent customer and the staff has always been friendly and courteous. There are often quite a few of us customers who like to plug in our computer and surf the web (free!) while we enjoy our coffee. Last week my son and his wife joined me for lunch (their first visit) and they liked it so much that they came back for dinner.

Good pizza, convenient to 360, and love the Gelato! Horrible customer service :(. I was just reminded of UNO when a friend suggested we meet there for coffee. If you live nearby, this is the only game in town for a morning coffee. Cons, if coming from the North the left turn lane off the 360 can take several minutes since the light only allows 3-4 cars. Once you arrive the place is really cute and the coffee is good. The gelato is great, as is the pizza. I know this place well since I lived around the corner - but no matter how often I came in I was never once recognized, given a friendly hello or even acknowledged past having my order taken. The staff is so unfriendly that I felt uncomfortable the few times I sat to "enjoy" my coffee. I felt as though I was intruding. It's probably not so bad if you are with someone, but dont come alone lest the chill will strike you full force. Needless to say, I became a take-out customer. Now, that I moved I will never go back. Its not that I live so far, but rather that there are too many places that actually appreciate your business, why give it to someone that doesnt?

Editorial Review by Christy Buena. Authentic Italian cuisine is the specialty at the restaurant that offers a notable wine list.

great food, great people. We live by really close and tried this place for the first time last week. Since then we have gone back 3 more times.

Coffee and desserts are great, but the pizza is amazing. We did not even get pizza this good when we visited Italy.

By the way they tell me their desserts are brought over from Italy. Wow!

Nice people all around. The owner came to our table and was very courteous.

I definitely recommend this place.

Great Espresso and Desserts.. but the owner's unfriendly attitude is suffocating... Strangely.. the espresso, pasta and desserts are just great at this place. However the ambience and lack of friendly attention from the owner makes this place terrible. The servers almost look like they work in fear. On more than one visit, I witnessed the owner publicly scold his employees. Talk about uncomfortable.. if there were alternative espresso options on this stretch I would not come back to 360..

To be very fair, when the owner is not around.. this makes for a very nice place..
