Find something else. My family and I have visited this restaurant twice. Both times we walked in and no one greeted us. The cashier should NOT be working in customer service. She was borderline rude. On our first visit they screwed up our order.

I walked up to the counter to ask for a knife. The guy I asked turned around and told another girl who asked yet another girl. Just hand me a knife please!!! And it was right there, behind the counter.

The place was really dirty. The highchair seat was extremely dirty. Food was caked on and it didn't look like it had been cleaned...ever.

The food was nothing special. The prices were ok. We won't visit again.

A Nice Change of Pace. My wife and I visited this store and we were very impressed. When we walked in we were greeted with a friend hello from Robert, a manager. He had a huge smile on his face and we very helpful in helping us choose from over 100 menu items. We went with his recommendation of the Sweetberry Chicken with Potato Salad and the Chicken Fajita Spud. We of course got our free glass of their Famous Sweet Tea and it was wonderful. (Never had Sweet Tea before and it was perfect.) The food was delivered by Rosa with a huge smile. The food was hot and presented very nicely.

Mcalister's deli. Great atmosphere! Excellent customer service. Wonderful food... The sweet tea is the best! This Deli is a place you must visit!
