Was taken for $1000.00 landscape plan that never got one revision. Partner-landscaper said that the plan by Cogent Designs was impractical and never followed through. Requested design was for all Texas natives and was assured by Cogent Designs that assigned plants were "adaptable". Discovery later revealed that purchased plan would not have been deemed "green" for 5 star rating on house.
