I am a woman with limited knowledge of car mechanics and I have A LOT of anxiety when dealing with my car repairs. I am honored to compliment Kevin at Ben White Automotive for being so patient with me. Kevin took my questions and concerns seriously and made me feel like a valued customer. He appreciated that while I am ignorant about cars, I am very intelligent and he never insulted my intelligence like I have felt at auto shops before. He accommodated my last minute schedule. He was gentle and informative when he pointed out other issues I would need to address. I never felt like he was up-selling me, rather, I felt like he was educating me on how I can best keep my car in great shape.

I HIGHLY recommend Ben White Automotive and I hope I never have to find another repair shop again!

Outstanding Business. I have over 7 cars and have used numerous shops all over town and I have been coming to Ben White North for 2 years now and can tell you with total certainty that this is a FIRST class shop. The managers are honest and if something is in question, will side with the customer's best interest to gain a repeat customer over a quick buck. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and are always willing to explain and even educate me on repairs. If I were a professional mechanic, this is where I would want to work and that says it all.

Great price, great work. Amazing how different an experience can be for some. I found that the repair work on my 2003 Honda Accord was done properly (been 2 months with not a single problem) for a lot less than the dealer wanted ($1795 vs $2300). The staff was friendly and my car was delivered back clean and on time. I would definitely recommend this shop and I would use them again.

What a ripoff!!!!! STAY AWAY. My wife brought our Dodge pickup and Honda CRV in to get worked on. They charged us over $3000 and kept the vehicles for weeks. Other mechanics later informed us that a part we were charged for was never installed, screws were left loose causing more damage to the vehicle, several examples of substandard workmanship, and substantially over charged. Basically, we were royally screwed. We learned an expensive lesson and will never go back. I recommend you look elsewhere.

Always Great Service using Quality Parts. I've been using them for years. They employ competent technicians and have been very honest with their assessments. Also there have been times when fixing one part (disassembly) cuts down the time to fix a second issue; they have reduced the repair time which is a very nice gesture.

Genuine Service. I first discovered Ben White Auto about a year ago while searching for a reputable auto-shop that I felt like I could trust. A lot of places talk the talk but Ben White Auto walks the walk with quality & customer service.

Ben White Automotive saves the day!. Again! I have made a few trips to Ben White Auto North. I am greatful for their expertise and efficient work. My aging Mitsubishi disappoints me at times and Ben White is there to pick up the slack. My car is fixed right the first time. I defiinitely recommend Ben White.

Dependable Automotive Repair. I had a wonderful experience at this location. Gary took care of everything from the first phone call to paying the bill. We were going on vacation.He made sure my minivan was ready to go on time.I reccomend them if you live up north.
