Great service, quick and easy. A few months ago, I was having some unidentified problems with my car. I took it to Ben White Auto, and expected to have to leave it there overnight. Instead, they were done looking at it and fixing it within two hours while I waited. Amazing! The problem was something simple, and they did not try to overcharge me for services that I didn't need. Highly recommend.

Great service.. They've done all the little things you'd want... They find someone immidiately to give you a ride to work if you need to leave your car. They fix a burned out light, on the spot, for free. They will drive with you to listen for a noise when you bring your car in. I've always been happy with the service.

HONESTY / GREAT SERVICE / FAST WORK. Honesty in the automotive repair industry is mediocre at best in Austin. I have a 98 Jeep with 100000 miles on it that wouldn't pass inspection. I took it all over town. and had estimates from 175 up 1500 dollars. I was getting a Misfire on Cylinder 4 when hooked up to the inspection system and NO ONE would tell me what they could find because they all said it was an electrical problem. One clown said I needed my entire Wiring Harness replaced.

I took it in to Billy at Ben White Auto and told him the whole story and he basically said..well just leave it with me and I'll let you know. LESS than 4 hours later he calls and says its ready and that it was just a clogged injector or rail. All he did was pull the rail and swap # 4 & # 5 Injectors and in the process of all that..the misfire went away and the check engine light stayed off. He checked my whole Jeep out and said its running great ...charged me 140 bucks and I got it inspected this morning and it passed.

I just want to THANK Billy and the guys at Ben White Auto North...and let them know they have a NEW customer for All my vehicles from now on.

HONESTY and GREAT SERVICE....2 very very rare qualities in an Automotive Repair shop. They have Both.

Gone there twice. They haven't fixed my car's problem either time but they are nice and run an honest business. They just need some help with their mechanics!

BEN WHITE AUTOMOTIVE BEST SHOP IN TOWN. BEEN LOOKING FOR A GOOD REPAIR SHOP THAT WONT TRY TO RIP YOU OFF AND I HAVE FOUND IT YOU FEEL GOOD WORKING WITH BEN WHITE AUTOMOTIVE AND I WILL ALLWAYS USE THEM AND WILL SEND OTHER PEOPLE TO THEM THANKS LARRY GUYTON.

Good Service. Honest, helpful and saved me some $$$. I've taken my car to Ben White Automotive (both locations) and they always got my car done quickly and with the least amount of mechanic headache. I've referred a few people to them and they had the same experience.

Car Maintenance Experts. helpful staff, fair prices, very informative details explained to me by them about the work needed to be done on my car, dropped it off ay 8am for engine light service/diagnostic and I had the car back and fixed by lunch time, overall great experience with the company!

True Gentlemen and Automotive Scholars. Just like you I read the many reviews because I did not want to get ripped-off. Well they where all true. Took in my 10 year old Honda Accord and they did me right. Billy gave me an estimate, of course it was more than I wanted to spend, bu the work need to be done. I told him that I just needed to keep the car running for another year then I planned to buy again. I agreed to the quote, when I went to pick up the car he had found ways to save me money, about 30 percent less than expected. As you know he could have just charge the total quoted. These guys are "Honest pros and very informative and will treat you like Family. Take you car to them you will not regret it. Be sure to print out the First timers coupon to save even more. Absolutely the best!. Give these guys a try and you'll never go anywhere else with your vehicle repairs. I have been taking my vehicles to Ben White Automotive since they opened. These guys are absolutely the best at what they do! Used to be I would take my cars to the dealerships when repairs were needed...but never

again will that happen! I will not let anyone in Austin, Texas work on my three vehicles but their lead mechanic, Mike. If you go to BWA ask for Mike. He is a straight shooter and a mechanic that you can trust! I know the rating scale here is 1-10, in my book the Ben White Automotive service experience is well above that!

Excellent service and car is in very good condition. Thanks.. Highly recommend BWA. Since I work nearby, BWA was able to bring me to work and pick me up. Mechanics are knowledgable and courteous. Excellent service and my car drove felt/drove so much better when I left the shop. Thank you, BWA.
