Great workout, great facility

I recently began Bikram Yoga here and absolutely love it. The environment is calm yet energizing. The teachers are all trained Bikram instructors and show an interest in each and every student's practice. They know you by name and get as excited about your improvements as you do. There are classes in the early morning, noon and evening so that you are sure to find a class that fits in your schedule. If you've ever wanted to try Birkam, try it at Bikram Yoga Davenport.
