Lacks requisite compassion for patient care, unprofessional. Poor experience. Lacked compassion for patients, something which is requisite of good patient care.

I hope he never moves away. I really like Dr Hutchens. He was the first doctor who ever really listened to me about my fatigue symptoms and tested me for hypothyroidism, which turned out to be the cause. He helped me tremendously. His nurses are nice. They are happy to take the time to explain all your test results. In fact he has even called me himself to talk about my test results- I have never had the actual doctor call me before. He has never been dismissive or condescending like so many doctors are.

Bonus: You can make an appt for the next day and you never have to wait.

Best Doc. Dr. Hutchens has been my doctor for over a year now and has been incredible. I have never waited more than 5 min. for my appointment and have always been able to get a same day appointment. He will provide you with several treatment options based on ailment. I have seen him for everything from a broke ankle to sinus infection issues. He will only order tests that are necessary and does not over prescribe at all. Most of my prescriptions I have been able to get in a generic form. I have recommended him to several friends who have also recommended him to their friends. He has good bedside manner, listens, and encourages you, as a patient, to ask questions. The office staff is great as well.

What are these medicines you speak of? Oh, and here's your $700 bill.. If you need a GP, stay far away from this clinic. Dr. Hutchens is over-priced and under-educated. He stares at you the entire time with a look of simultaneous disdain and suspicion. He over-prescribes medications that he is clueless on. He's an over-medicator, ass-covering, expensive as all get-out, quack. I went to him complaining of trouble breathing, for the first time in my life. When he prescribed me the largest possible dosage of Advair, an inhaled steroid used only for chronic suffers of asthma where nothing else has worked, I asked him if he would prescribe Singular. His response was, "I'm pretty sure Advair contains Singular?" What? That's not even remotely true; Singular is an entirely different medication. Then, I receive a bill for $280. My favorite line item was the $300.00 office visit that my insurance flat-out refused to cover entirely. No doubt! Who commands $300 for an office visit? You'll have better luck with the Wal-mart pharmacist than this guy.
