I just have to warn other shoppers out there that you should shop around before you go to these guys. Some of their fees are much higher than others. They also charge alot more than the regular UPS, USPS, and Fedex prices.
Always quick and quality

David Petty runs a first class shop. I have had great results on many projects... business cards, brochures, greeting cards, flyers, etc.. and always get first rate design, quality, and service. Thanks for making it so easy to choose you to do all my printing!
- Pros: yes, they are the pros at customer service
- Cons: zero!
Super Family-Run Business
by dishlady at Citysearch
David and his father, Jim are "like family" and not just to me. They treat everyone special. They also hire the nicest "kids" to work with them - I have no idea where they find them...have at times assumed the newbies are put through some kind of "NICE" machine??? but every one I've met over the past 6 years has been a good candidate for "adoption" by my husband and me. Even during the manic Christmas shipping season, they still smile and are patient. AND, they are all informed and well-trained too! Kudos to them all: Jim, David, Michael, Adam (aka Andy:), Phillip, and my girlfriends Whitney, and Desiree, for whom I share a co-mom status as she has already been adopted by someone else. This is the way businesses used to be run "back in the day" - This is how all business should be run today! Charlette Tucker and Molly the Wonder Dog (Yes, she thinks the staff is part of her family too!)
- Pros: Always Smiling & Helpful Service - GREAT People!
- Cons: Not one thing!
Post Net Keeps It Cool!
by CharComments at Citysearch
It was after 4pm and I simply wanted to deliver a care package to my son in Colorado, but it contained refrigerated items. David patiently (& very efficiently!) helped me find a way to send the package in a timely and affordable manner...which required dry ice. It was almost 5pm and dry ice was only for sale across town, but I needed to be downtown at 5pm. Just when it looked like I had to give up on shipping my package, David's dad, Jim, stepped in & offered to pick up the dry ice for me. He then returned, repackaged my shipment and got it out for immediate delivery. My son really enjoyed receiving the homemade items! Surely no other shipping business would have gone that far above and beyond to help a customer!
PostNet is a great place, mostly because of the people who work there and their extremely accommodating attitudes. If you have a special need, their staff will make a real effort to support you.
Post Net offers a surprisingly high level of customer service and friendliness!
- Pros: Customer Service is Above & Beyond
- Cons: NONE
They can do EVERYTHING!!!

PostNet never ceases to amaze me! David and his crew take the best care of their clients and go well beyond what is expected. Their business cards, brochures, and flyers have kept me coming back for more. And now, I trust these guys enough to put my wedding announcements and invitations in their hands - they are THAT impressive. I would trust them w/ anything I needed.
- Pros: Above and beyond customer service, high quality everything
- Cons: Absolutely NONE
