poor customer service

My husband and I have been members since it was Motorola CU. We have had at least 10 loans we have paid off (with no late payments) over the 17 yrs we have been members and recently had to go to Wachovia to get a car loan. Its disappointing, even with direct deposit for all these years...Just go in and visit with the loan reps before joining and you will see what I mean...not very customer oriented.
- Pros: very poor customer appreciation and service
- Cons: no one is ever there so the drive up is quick (but there's a reason for that)

Great Service

Got my auto loan there, got a good rate on a 7 year term and was able to close it online and when I had questions I was glad to see they had a 24/7 call center.
- Pros: Wasn't busy, plenty of parking, tellers were nice.
