Terrible customer service - they don't even call when your order is not coming in at the time they said it will - "If we called the vendors to check on late orders every day then we'd be on the phone all day..." really? That is part of your JOB - it's customer service. And it must mean that they have a lot of orders not coming in on time.

ANCHOR VENTANA. Wow! What a great experince. We recently had seamless shower enclosures installed in our home. The professionalism and customer service we recieved was second to none. The experience was outstanding. As a customer we were updated on the order on a regular basis. Loved it would highly recommend.

DO NOT do business with Anchor-Ventana Glass. If it were possible, I would give them ZERO stars. Terrible customer service and way too expensive. They never return phone calls. They lost track of our order. After promising delivery in 7 to 10 days, we had to wait for over 1 month to get a simple glass top for a small end table. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a local business. Trust me.......take your business elsewhere.
