Best dentist experience in my 50 years !. ONLY DENTIST I WILL GO TO EVEN THOUGH I HAVE MOVED OUT OF TOWN !

I am a 50 year old female and have been a patient of Dr. Frazier's for many years. After reading a negative review I felt compelled to say that my experiences with her and her staff have ALWAYS been positive ! Even though I have moved 90 miles away from Austin, I still return to her. She has had little, to no turn over in staff through the years which speaks volumes, and they do everything possible to make my experience a positive one, i.e. warm blanket, headphones, etc.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!. LIARS!!! Her billing person LIED about accepting my insurance. She told me that I needed additional pain medication that they HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. She said that I would have to pay for it up front and then I would be able to file it with my insurance and that I would be reimbursed. Keep in mind, I had already been in for a consultation and then my fiance and I both took 2 days off for the surgery. At 8am we arrived and she charged us the $600. We were shocked but feeling confident in the reimbursement we went ahead and paid it. After the surgery and recovery, I returned to work and immediately called the insurance to figure out how to get reimbursement. The guy was shocked that she had said that they worked with my insurance because they were out of network. This is why she was able to charge me. He felt bad and suggested I called back for her supervisor. He said that if they had been in network they would not have been able to charge the patient and would have had to write it off. When I called the woman, she said that I had asked if the "work with my insurance" and not if they "were in network". I was shocked. My insurance ended up paying me so I took the $600 out and reimbursed myself. (I was getting married that month.) The lady called and called for the money and I ignored her out of anger. Finally, I called to see if they would take off the $600 charge and of course she said no. I told her she had lied and she hung up on me. Soon after, I was served with papers for a small claims suit. We ended up paying but I will make sure everyone who looks her up in warned not to trust them.

So Far So Good. Had a good experience with Dr. Frazier. The staff are sweet ladies. Dr. Frazier is very professional, polite, and knows her field. I felt confident her diagnosis. It was worth the money I paid.
