Great American Food with Flavor. I love Galaxy Cafe! It is a great laid back atmosphere and the service is great and everyone is always friendly. The turkey burger is the best one in Austin, along with the pork chops and skirt steak. I think the food is alot better than alot of the restaurants in Austin.

My favorite place. I love Galaxy cafe! Everyone is so friendly and the food is soooo tasty! Call me weird, but I literally eat thetr once a week b/c I crave the Galaxy fish wrap and a yummy cookie!

I liked it.. Ate here for the first time last week. I liked the concept of the place. It seemed like it would be a cozier place at night. Food was great. I wil try it again in the evening sometime.

Fun and friendly with great lunch!. What a treat! The food is fantastic and the ambiance is great. The staff was friendly and it was clean and neat. And you have to love free wireless internet for that working lunch!

Family. The reception was fabulous, service superior, food was eceptionally different (very good), owner was very pleasant, attentive, informative, patient...

Great location, easy parking and a wonderful dining experience... went last night... will go back today... a really good story!

The Best thing to hit south Austin. Far South Austin has long awaited a solid neighborhood restaurant. Well, we finally have it! Galaxy Cafe gets it right in every area. The food is fantastic, the service great, and the atmosphere fun. On top of that, there is free wireless. Try any of their dinner specials, they are all great and the burgers are equally as good. The grilled chicken sandwich is the best I have had and others claim the same thing. There is a nice beer and wine selection, with the added bonus of being able to get it to go. Breakfast is just as good as lunch and dinner; I am particularly fond of the French press coffee and quiche. Leave room for dessert. The flourless chocolate torte and crème Brule are excellent, and there are large homemade cookies as good as grandma's. All made fresh daily at Galaxy. Enjoy!
