Exceptional sessions!

I have to say that I have to thank Mrs. Ingram. She has successfully helped me quit a 20 year pack a day habit! I am indebted to her and the renewed vitality, stamina, and endurance can be directly attributed to her. I have attempted to use other methods over the years like going cold turkey, the patch, the mints, the gum, welbutrin, and even other hypnotists, but Helen has that special special way about her that really helped me to understand just how easy it is to quit! Thank you Helen.

Stress Free and happy

Helen Ingram helped me with my food cravings, stress, and pain control. My medical condition is getting much better now thanks to her. I no longer feel the need to eat things that aren't on my diet and my pain is almost completely gone now. She helped me more than any doctor has. Thank you for helping me make my life as stress free as possible.
