Victoria is the best!. I've seen Victoria for the past 5 years, I know she's been at this salon for 7 years! I was referred to her by a coworker and haven't tried anyone since! I get my hair highlighted and cut and always leave Victoria feeling amazing! She always listens to what I want and I respect the fact that she is super concervative with her cuts! I am bozo. Had a great experience as far as them being able to fit me in and be helpful. However, my poor stylist was so new she didn't have business cards and didn't know how long the salon had been in business. She was very sweet but failed to give me auburn color but ended up more of a fire engine red. Second, I have curly hair and after cutting it, and styling it straight (which I have had done a ton at other places and it looks great) when she finished I was frizzing out. Poor thing barely flat ironed it and then suggested a product that was a creme that was horrible. By the time I got in the car, ran to pick up my kids and got home, I was one huge frizzy mess with red red hair. Yuck! I have emailed the store with my concern, at this point I just want my money back. I don't think my hair can take another dye job or another trim.…
