Outstanding service and real solutions..
When we first bought our house we had all kind of little creatures. I tried with the different products that we buy at the store but none worked. When we signed up with this company all got cleared, no more bugs. Rob comes and sprays his product that causes no problems at all to our two kids and our two little chihuahuas.
I recommend them to anyone to sign up and keep the service. It is the only and best way to have your house clear of bugs.

Service down to zero. We're currently enrolled in their service. I don't know what's happened lately, but I set up 2 separate appointments 1.5 months ago for an internal and external service resp. They missed both of those appointments. None of my calls to them since then have been returned. Not sure if they're out of business or not.

Very satisfied. We had a pretty bad ant problem just before our bbq on Memorial Day. We tried desperately to have a pest company come out and solve it. Granted, we needed service asap, so it was difficult to find someone. We stumbled upon All American and explained the situation. They really understood and came over within a few hours! They solved our ant issue and backed it with a 60 day guarantee. The price was very reasonable and the service was professional.

Did a pretty superficial inspection. I asked this company to do a termite inspection on my home a few weeks ago after my neighbor found termite damage in his. The person the company sent over did a very superficial inspection. He didn't look carefully at my deck. He didn't look under the house at all. He just sort of walked around the house for about five minutes and pronounced it termite-free. Maybe, maybe not.

The technician who completed the inspection was asked about this. We checked his GPS which records the physical location and length of time at that location. The records indicate he was there for almost 35min. He is also one of the best technicians in the country.

Surpassed our expectations. We called All American because we needed a second estimate on a termite bid for our home. The technician (Rob) came out and was great. He carefully inspected our home and found no termites! It turns out the pest company we used for the original estimate was not truthful. We apreciated the honesty and integrity. All American solved our carpenter ant problem and we have not had them back since.
