I am James Wu, Partner and CEO of AAXY LLC. Actually we use 2 DBAs, Austin First Mortgage and AAXY Mortgage. That is the same company. We have only one company but we are a team, not only one loan officer. That we can provide unique services to our customers with very competitive rate /closing cost. We are a team work, so when one person is busy, other people can help. We try to cut our cost to provide low cost (low rate and closing cost combination). We try to explain as much as possible that I build a web site aaxyllc.com that I put a lot "knowledge" base there for helping our borrowers understand today mortgage process. Those are in plain English but as my own writing, may not in a very good language format. I am continues re-write them to correct mistakes and update with current information. Yes, I like our borrowers read it. But I do talk to many customers to explain if they have questions. I answer emails and text messages. As I am busy and always on phone. Your call goes to voice mail box is possible, Just leave a message, I usually reply in 24 hours, or say one business days.

I believe there are different business model and suite for different customers. Wal-Mart and Macy are different stores and suite different people. I like to provide with the best price (rate and closing cost). I need cut my cost but still need to provide necessary services. I ask borrower read my online documents. I answer question by email, instant messages, text messages and phone calls. Most borrowers understand online articles. That save me a lot time. I can provide my service to more people.

But if some one like some one read plain English to his/her, need loan officer sit down with his/her and explain everything one by one. My company may not suite you.

When you select a mortgage company, you are the boss. You hire me to work for you. So you make decision and pay. Before you make decision, you interview with me, check my rate and how I answer your questions. You decide if you use my company or not. Be aware that 0.25% rate lower can save you about $500 per year (how long you will keep the loan?) with a $200,000 loan amount.

Read my web site and ask me questions. Knowledge is power. I like to work with people with knowledge. But if you are a first time home buyer and do not have a lot knowledge, I (my web site) can help you get the knowledge. If you do not have knowledge and do not like to learn and ok to spend more money with getting higher rate. My company may not be a good fit for you.

When I go to a place I do not know. I select a restaurant with many people waiting in front area and all seat full. I am rather wait and not go to next door that whole restaurant looks empty.

You save me time and I save you money. I offer full doc bonus. That is to say, if you provide full required support document before we lock rate. We will give you incentive.

Not every loan application can be approved. We provide free screen, free pre-approve with no borrower's cost (you may need to provide or pay a credit report). WE spend a lot time, and you may need to spend time as well. If you think that is wast time, we are waiting time as well. If a loan not close, we will not get paid.

COMPLETELY WASTE OF TIME AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM if you are 1st time home buyer. Loan officer Nancy Sun never answer the phone but her assistance. You have to keep calling them and ask for the process. No one would explain the process in the detail unless you ask.

They transfer me to its DBA company/James Wu without asking me and it became a NIGHTMARE. They would just ask you to go get all documents and not explain the details instead of asking you read yourself. (really?)

They might have good rate but if you are not experience buyer, you better be careful on choosing them

They did a great job. Very good. I had the most complex situation imaginable, yet we pulled it off thanks to the professionalism and diligence of Austin First Mortgage. I am a qualified buyer but the seller had some serious issues that delayed the closing by an additional 45 days. I provided more paperwork than I have had to in the past (investment property), but I think the world would be better off if everyone required this level of information to ensure the quality of the buyer matches the quality of the rate. They seem to shop the best of the best, and if that’s the rate you choose then expect to prove you are worth of the rate. In all, I will save tens of thousands over the life of the loan, so sending in documentation that proves I am qualified was not a big deal. I worked with Nancy initially to kick things off. Then I worked with Sherry for the majority of the process. Sherry was very responsive and very professional. I wish I could hire her to run a business for me. I will buy another through Austin First Mortgage, likely very soon.

Worst mortgage company I've ever dealt with. I have multiple properties and have been through several refinances and I have never felt like I was being scammed until now. I worked with Nancy and Gaby and they were completely disorganized. Never had the same GFE or fees worksheet twice.

The kicker was that after the approval was received for the loan, they sent a new fees worksheet that was totally different from the one I agreed to at lock.

Don't even bother. Save yourself the stress.

Austin First Mortgage. I worked with Nancy Sun and Anna Wang on the mortgage for my new home purchase. I needed to get done quickly and they delivered on that. The reason that I chose Austin First Mortgage was because of the interest rate. At least 1/4 of a point lower than anyone else. We closed on time and I would gladly recommended them to my friends,I would absolutely use them again. During our closing the person at the title company pointed at the rate and said that is a great rate. That was when I knew that I really had a good deal.

Austin First Mortgage Great Company. Last month I've used Austin First mortgage company and Nancy gave me the best rate in the country. Bing was my loan processor and she was very professional and very helpfully in answering/addressing all of my questions/concerns. The process was fast and pain less. I recommended to my neighbor and he is already refinancing his home from them and I highly recommend Austin First Mortgage. You guys are the best !!!

Austin First great once again. I have used Austin First on two seperate occasions in the last 5 years. Both times they have easily beat any other mortagage company I have found. Not just locally but nationally they have great rates. The process is very fast and efficient. Without a doubt I would use them again and again. You need to be knowledgable in what you are wanting and doing but if you have financed a home before this is the way to go. At times it was a challenge communicating because of a bit of a language barrier, but it was worth it with the amount of money I saved.

Great service from Nancy and Wilhelmina. Nancy is a great broker. She got me the best rate i could get in the market. Wilhelmina was my loan processor and was able to answer all my questions point to point on time. Thank you Nancy and Wilhelmina for getting me a great rate and bringing my loan to a closed state. Exceptional mortgage company!. Nancy Sun has an extremely professional staff who did everything right the first time at the very best rates possible. I completed our refinance last week and everything was wonderful and smooth. Special thanks to Haili Li at Austin First Mortgage, who was very good at ensuring everything was done professionally. I highly recommend this mortgage broker to find the very best rates possible! I exercised the "no cost" refinance and was extremely happy. Not only did I lower my mortgage rate and do a cashout, but it cost me nothing but a slightly higher interest rate over the 15 year life of the loan. I will use them in any future mortgage transactions I am involved with. Thanks so much!
