Staff was almost silent-not a great selection for size 17. I had high hopes for this venue but they were slightly dashed upon arrival. The clerk seemed to be bothered by the fact that we stopped in and she didn't say a word util 10 min. later when we had asked to try on a couple of pair. We careful chose our prospect shoes only to be told later that those don't come in size 17. I proceeded to ask which shoes come it 17 ( Which should have be stated earlier on). The clerk proceeded to pick out about 8 shoes, none of which were what we had in mind. I guess they had an okay selection but for the lack of service we decided to go elsewhere.

Great selection, Great Service. Big Shoes had all the shoes I was looking for and even a few I didn't know I wanted. Service was great as well. I had called 10 minutes after they closed and they waited for me to get there and took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted. I really can't recommend this place enough.

They're the Greatest. Big Shoes has the best selection for the larger footed fellow. They're very nearby downtown or else on line and have great customer service whichever way you choose to find them. Try them, you won't be sorry!
