Not a good, honest builder. 9 month project took 15 months to complete, virtually no presence on job sight, poor management and scheduling of subcontractors. Builder called us for updates. Had to get 3 extensions on construction loan, 5 months of extra finance payments. Final punchlist was never addressed along with warranty items, driveway failing. Builder completely ignored TRCC inspection process and is dragging the Arbitration process thru the courts, additional expense.
