CoCo Salon and Day Spa

This Spa Has EVERYTHING!!. Walking into this salon I was greeted with a sweet receptionist, who offered me a beverage right on the spot. I waited maybe 2 minutes before Temara came and got me for my Hair Color and Cut service. She gave me a VERY through consultation about what I wanted. I actually ended up going along with something she had suggested than what I had originally wanted. THANK GOODNESS I listened to her! She was very professional and has an eye for hair! I had talked to her about how dry my scalp and face was and she mentioned they do facials as well. I was very shocked because initially the salon doesn't look like they offer anything but hair and nail services. Apparently they even do Laser Hair Removal. EXPENSIVE$$$$$$$. Get a consultation and pricing before your appt.!!! I had tried to color my hair and need it corrected. And my h/c but I specifically told them I needed a hair stylist that was experienced with thick hair. I did not just want them to use just thinning shears. Great job correcting the color but it cost me big time---$275 not including tip. I have long hair and extra coloring and corrector had to be used. The stylist was not even a Master stylist b/c another stylist had to walk her through the process. As for h/c it was average.…

Excited new customer!. 11/11/11 I walked in with out an appointment, crossed my fingers they had an available stylist and that the cut and style wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. I walked out a brand new woman and still had money in my account! Can't ask for anything better....well IT GETS BETTER, I schedule a Botox appointment with Dr. Ling the following Wedensday. When I walked into the salon they were celebrating customer appreciation day! Wine, gourmet snacks, and spa experts of all kinds at your disposal. Fabulous evening, I didn't want to leave!…

What a beautiful Salon and Spa. I have to say for a high end upscale salon and spa, this is the place in south austin. Ive had several services since I discovered this salon. I only have my hair done there, cut and color and treatments, mainly due to the highly professional staff that I see. Its always perfect and I feel very confortable going to the manager if I did have a problem, that's how they make me feel, VIP.
