Definitely, I would go back!. I went to a massage this morning and absolutely fell in love with this place - such a little haven for being in the city. The massage was wonderful after spending an hour getting a full body massage I feel like my body and my soul are singing. The atmosphere is extremely comfortable and welcoming. The staff is friendly, professional, and caring. Truly a good experience and I would recommend New Essence to all of my friends and family. Thank you

Sloppy Cuts. I was looking for a place to get a haircut and walked into this salon, and it was pretty in/out. when i got to the frontdesk to pay, i was shocked that it was $40! i got in my car and noticed i had hair all over my neck and even in my ears! the difference between supercuts and this place is the price. point said.

Best Facial Ever!. New Essence offers the best facial ever! Svetlana has magic fingers. I love the European facial. It is the most relang and rejuvenating facial I have ever had. My skin always glows and feels so great after leaving Svetlana's care. I am sure you will love the experience. I have become a devoted client and miss it when I'm out of town.

Red as a Lobster, and peeling like boiled shrimp!. I was reffered to this salon from a friend who has had microdermabrasion done here, she loved it and was excited about it, so i made an appointment .. i came in, everyone was on there cell phone, finally the facialist came in and greeted me, the whole procedure was very fast, it wasnt too painful, when i got to the register, the receptionist was giving me the whole sales pressure approach to purchase the whole package! i agree with the last review, it was dead, i should have known better because when i got home, my face was red as a lobster! i stayed indoors all day, it felt like a really bad sunburn, the next day as i was getting ready for work, my face began to peel, just like a sunburn! i immediately called and asked for the supervisor, surprisingly it was the facialist who did this! i of course did not want to talk to her! but she kept making it seem as it were my fault saying "maybe you went in the sun, i don't know what you did after you left, come back so i can see"!!!! she was very unprofessional, all i wanted was a refund, i felt like a victim..

Beware of manicures!. I walked into this salon, and i decided to have a manicure. The lady was very nice, i liked her whole procedure EXCEPT when it got down to the polish, it was sooo thick! i stayed under the nail dryer for about 20 min! after i paid, as soon as i was unlocking my car, the polish smudged! i would have went back in there, but i didn't have another HOUR to waste! by the end of my day my manicure was badly ruined with indents from my whole daily routine, i will never be back.

Best hairstylist in Austin. I have never had the pleasure of meeting a true hair artist such as the exquisit and talented Sabre, she listened to me fully and then made recommendations according to what I expressed to her about myself. Not only did she give me the best color and cut I have ever had she made me feel like family. I highly recommend her as a stylist! Thank you for making me feel at home and for making me beautiful Mrs. Sabre

fantastic eyebrow waxing. After searching far and wide for someone who actually listens to the client regarding brow waxing, I am happy to have found New Essence salon. Svetlana did an AMAZING job on my brows and I will definitely be returning. Staff were very friendly (not at all snobby like at many other salons) and not once did I encounter pressure to purchase any other services. I am very happy with New Essence!

the best microdermabrasion, it really is!!. I was having really bad breakouts which were leaving scars all over my face. I tried Pro Active, I went to go see a dermatologist, I started eating healthier and drinking plenty of water, but nothing was helping. So you can just imagine that I was willing to spend whatever kind of money neccesary to anyone who could help me. I went to New Essence with very little faith, I was convinced that it was something that couldn't be fixed, but it's been two months now, and I have seen such a huge improvement!!!!! My fiancee' even told me a few days ago that my face looked "so clear", what a wonderful feeling to be able to leave your house without any makeup, I loved the microdermabrasion, she really cares about fixing your skin problem, I would reccomend it to anybody, it is worth every penny:). I LOVED IT!!!!

Excellent massages!. I just moved to town and was in search of an excellent massage therapist ... I found one at New Essence European Salon. The facility was very nice and Sergei gave me the best deep tissue massage I have ever gotten. A must do experience!
