My wife and I had the pleasure of using Aaron Nann's services when we sold our last house and bought a new house. The thought of buying a house in the current Austin real-estate climate was a little overwhelming but Aaron made the process as painless as possible. Right now, you have to make decisions and move quickly when you find a house you like. Aaron moved quickly when needed, was always responsive, and gave us great guidance throughout the entire process.

It's hard for me to imagine another realtor being able to help us navigate the buying and selling process as well as Aaron did.

Sumina Bhatti is amazing! She helped me sell my house for about 10% more than I was initially expecting, and I credit her with most of that difference! She made a few suggestions that I was skeptical about at first (such as hiring a professional stager), but the results blew me away. Sumina helped me make exactly the right decisions about getting the most bang for the buck with make-ready -- I would have been totally lost without her!

She was extremely professional and organized and always on top of things. I moved out of state and she still made the process incredibly smooth with electronic documents, giving me plenty of notice and keeping me updated through the process, and going above the call of duty to coordinate contractors.

She is also well networked, and everyone else involved (title lawyer, etc.) was also easy to deal with. She gave excellent advice, but also did a great job of asking around when there was any uncertainty and addressing all of my concerns. Having never sold a house before, I had tons of questions, and she walked me through all of them.

I cannot recommend Sumina Bhatti enough, and if you're lucky, you may also get a great friend out of the deal. :)

I started looking for a property in Austin 3 months ago. I contacted a few agents and came across Jeff Pierce early in the process. He was extremely responsive and took time out of his busy schedule to promptly reply to emails and maintain communication.

I am from out of town and so it was usually on weekend that Jeff was able to show me properties. He is dedicated and conscientious and we spent long days looking at multiple homes across Austin. Finally having found the perfect place, the purchasing process turned into a bit of a nightmare. The lender and seller were both very slow, disinterested and inflexible. Jeff managed to orchestrate the sale despite all the hurdles and we had a successful closing recently.

I can recommend Jeff as a hard working broker who is responsive, engaged and perhaps most importantly knows the area in which he operates very well. He has contacts and experience that lesser brokers lack.

Our serendipitous encounter with realtor Jennifer Mehis was auspicious from the start. Jennifer's insightful knowledge of Austin's neighborhood and housing market is matched by her professionalism and dedication in helping us find not just a house but a HOME that spoke to our needs and personalites. Jennifer consistently responded immediately to every call, text and email regardless of the time/day, and provided us with well rounded feedback to all our questions (and we really peppered her with questions!) that positioned us to make the right, informative choices without pressure. With Jennifer you get not only someone for your CURRENT house purchase/selling needs, but also someone who is there for all your FUTURE housing needs as well. House buying can be a stressful and tedious process, but Jennifer made it seem like a walk in the park. Our experience was smooth and stress free from the very beginning to the day we closed on our home. Winona and Kathy are the best in the business hands down. They are both extremely knowledgable, friendly, hard working, fabulous listeners (they actually remember everything we told them we wanted in a home!) and they absolutely know the ins and outs of Austin real estate. My family has bought two homes with them, both under very different circumstances...

The first home we purchased with Winona was in 2009, and we were pressed for time and needed to find a home in Austin within a few weeks. Winona did all the research before our trip to Austin (we were unfamiliar with Austin at the time) and narrowed our search to about 7 homes that met all our criteria and were more than adequate. One of these homes we absolutely loved, and bought of course and we have loved it ever since. But she didn't just find us the perfect home. Since we were out of town, Winona (and Kathy) handled the closing for us, and even came to our house twice a week to water a dying plant during the drought in over 100 degree weather! What other realtor would do that?? During the inspection, Winona's attention to detail is simply amazing. We have lived in the home for 3 years, and I'm convinced any small flaws in our home she picked out during the inspection and they were fixed by closing.

Our second home purchase with Winona was for our parents who are moving to Austin. They were in no hurry, and they also wanted to find "the perfect home" like we did and of course we recommended Winona and Kathy. Since inventory was down in Austin in 2012 and our parents were unwilling to comprimise on any of their desires, it took many home showings and many emails back and forth about prospective homes (almost 6 months of searching) before we finally found our parents the perfect one! Winona emailed almost daily during this time about prospective homes, and she sacrificed many weekends looking over the small Austin inventory with us. She was so patient and kind! My parents are now closing on their dream home thanks to Winona and Kathy!

To sum it up, In my opinion Winona and Kathy give anyone moving to the greater Austin area the best chance of finding their dream home.

Israel Gutirez was great to work with when buying our home. My wife and I met Rosalia Chiu back in May 2011 on an exploratory trip to Austin. I googled hundreds of agents in Austin, but Rosalia stood out because of her expertise in Feng Shui. My wife and I immediately loved her. Rosalia is extremely knowledgeable of Austin's Real Estate market and Austin itself. We returned to Austin in August and started a year long search for our dream home. We probably looked at a couple hundred homes during that time. And, thanks to Rosalia's amazing and tireless efforts and EXTREME patience (we were not an easy family to please) we finally found our dream home and moved in Oct 2012. It's been a long journey, and our family is so grateful to have Rosalia in our corner throughout the whole process. I can honestly say Rosalia Chiu wasn't just our agent, but a good friend.

Talitha Phillips was tireless in helping us find our dream home! Always helping with a pleasant smile and calm attitude, Talitha was able to respond to any curve ball this process threw her. She was knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind and considerate always. Never pushy, she seemed to know exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend her for anyone looking for real estate in Austin, but I feel she specializes in first time home buyers and those looking at unique properties especially on the East Side.
