Awesome simply awesome. I have tried several cleaning services in the past and there always seemed to be problems.

I have even paid the big bucks to have our home cleaned.

I could tell you some horror stories from the cheapest person I could find to a high priced cleaning service.

But not with A Maidzing and Katrina.

They do a great job for a competitive price.

My wife and I have a fairly large home and Katrina does a great job and gets it done pretty quick.

Taking into consideration our valuables and delicate items as well as being very trustworthy.

I would even trust her to clean when i am not at home.

Top to bottom clean. And always makes sure I am satisfied with the service she provides.

She makes sure I am 100% happy before she leaves.

I have her come out about every 2 1/2 or 3 weeks and can't say enough good things.

The best part besides the house being spotless is that she always answers her phone or calls me back.

Scheduling is a breeze as she is very flexible and works around your schedule.

If you are looking for a good clean house. Then I give A Maidzing two thumbs up and 100% endorsement.

Never got a call back.. I called 3 different days actually spoke with the owner and never got a call back from her to schedule an appointment. After 3 times, I give up and will try another service.

Poor job and unprofessional. I had done a great deal of prep work so the ladies could get to all the surfaces. They were done in less than two hours and asked to do a walk through. I am uncomfortable with that as I think the cleaner should do a walk through and make sure everything is done. I said if I found anything I would call her the next day. Well, after a well needed nap, I was able to really inspect the house. They did a horrible job! They totally missed some areas. The dusting was very poor and missed spots on almost every surface they did clean. They didn't mop the corners in my downstairs area - even the ones very easy to get to.

I called the next day to let Katrina know, then had to leave for an appointment. She did return my call, but did not leave a message. I got home around 5PM and emailed her with a list. She did not respond either to call again, or to my email.

I live pretty far out, but am willing to pay trip charge. She only wanted to come once a month, even though I requested every other week. She was also very defensive when, while she was cleaning, I asked if she would dust the way I like it done. I did not push the issue, wanting to trust that she could do a good job her way. Overall Katrina has been very unprofessional and seems satisfied with doing a poor job.

An Awesome Experience. I was very happy with the service I received! From the initial phone call, where I was greeted with a respectful and professional voice, to the friendly crew who came to my home, on time! The ladies did a thorough job, they were quiet and always had a smile on their face! I have never seen my shower glass so clear! After they were through cleaning, the team lead did a walk through of my home with me, making sure I was 100% safisfied with the job before they left! I would highly recommend A Maidzing Cleaning Service!

Best Cleaning service in the Austin area!. I am very satisfied with the cleaning service. They did their best to clean my entire house. I came home and it smelled so nice. I have used cleaning services before and they never went that extra mile to make sure that everything was done. I rate this cleaning service with 5 stars, they were fast and efficient I could not ask for a better service to come out once a week and clean for me!
