Highly Recommended.
After some initial hesitation, I scheduled a consultation with Shannon (regarding laser hair removal on my legs) and she made me feel comfortable immediately. She is very personable and easy to trust
with your treatment. While there is some discomfort involved, it is to be expected, but does not really hurt. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to have the procedure done. The cost varies and starts at $ 50 per treatment depending on where you have the procedure done and regardless requires six treatments with each about every six weeks. I only wish I had done this sooner- it's great to not have to shave.
Pros: Shannon is great, parking lot
Cons: cost, though is to be expected

AWESOME!!!.
Okay...I recently turned 45 and I have to admit I had some insecurities that made me seek out a fotofacial. I had a lot of broken veins on my face. I also finally found out that I have rosacea. I
had been told as a child that I was allergic to the sun and that was why my face would get so red and break out. lol Now...it all makes sense.
Anyway, I HAD to write this review because I know there are other people out there like me. I did a LOT of homework for the last five months and asked a lot of questions about laser treatment. I talked to at least 7 treatment places and I went for a free consultation (somewhere else) and bolted out of there. I googled all of the places in Austin to find out who did the best work. I looked at Wellsprings earlier...but I let the ominous bad review get to me....so I kept "doing homework" instead of getting anything done.
Well...I decided to go in and meet Shannon for a consultation because I knew I didn't have to make a decision then and it was all in the name of research. After talking to her and having the doctor come in to do an assessment of the rosacea, I actually bit the bullet and said..."Let's do it now." I am SOOO glad I did!!
Shannon knows her stuff and I am thrilled with the results! It's only been four days since my treatment and I can't believe the results! (Still dealing with some flakiness...but my face still looks better than before I went in!!) I originally wanted a fotofacial...but Shannon combined two laser treatments to get rid of all of the broken veins on my face. Ladies...the broken capilaries are gone!! Shannon told me we might be able to knock it out with one treatment but I still have three veins that I think might need another zap. I want to go back already because I completely trust that Shannon can and will take care of any of my skin concerns. I only wish I would have done it earlier!…
Awesome experience. Last month I had a photofacial. The results were fabulous. I had a lot of brown age spots. Now they are gone, and without any pain or discomfort. Today Shannon gave me a Rejuvenize Peel. I had a great experience. Going to Shannon for my treatments was a really smart decision . I am in my 60's and having a lot of fun with my spa treatments. Shannon is a wonderful young woman.…
returning client. wow! i was checking out shannon's website for some needed information, and i was shocked to see these negative comments from an apparent coo-coo head. shannon is far from any of these absurd and disparaging remarks. i appreciate both shannon and her husband's professionalism and confidentiality. i have come back over the years and have never once had a bad experience. and if i did, i know i would be taken care of immediately. i have referred shannon to friends and they were all appreciative and happy with their results.…
Better stay away.... Well, my experience with this place is far from perfect... I came here for laser hair removal on my legs and underarms, and was initially very glad that there were no contracts to sign. However, my happiness was short-lived. The laser technician Shannon appears nice when she tells you how great the results would be and how easy the laser hair removal works, but after I got LOTS of big red spots (and I mean -- BRIGHT RED) on my legs and underarms, she said that this is normal, and that I shouldn't worry. However, the next day I noticed that some of these spots became blisters, and my regular physician said that my skin has been burned. Not to mention, it hurts like hell, especially on the underarms... Save yourself some trouble and do laser hair removal elsewhere!…
