Out of business. Don Morehart Closed the doors oweing tons of money to Clients, Vendors, and worse of all Employees.

Closed?. These guys installed woven bamboo flooring in our house last year and we wanted to order the same floor for 3 other rooms. The website is still up, but when we went to the showroom today - it was empty. The phone number doesn't work. There's no sign indicated that they moved or closed down.

Does anyone know what happened? I think they were one of the better companies in town.

Theives,no ethic. I am a contractor ,I took a customer to buy flooring (materials}from these people,I told them this is my client

and they proceeded to steal my customer ,would you trust them in your house

Exceeded expectations! Grant was super-helpful!. I recently had over 1000 feet of oak hardwood flooring installed by Austin Hardwood Flooring. I shopped around and their quote was $1000 less than the other two quotes that I received and they stuck by it. Grant was my salesman and he bent over backwards to please us. We were very particular about our stairs. We wanted solid treads that were factory stained because we did not want the inconvenience and mess of sand and stain on sight. They had to get the flooring and the stairs from two different places to accomplish this. Grant had difficulty in getting the stains to match but he persevered and now it is perfect. The installation crew was fast! At 8am, about 20 guys showed up and starting working immediately and by 5 pm it was all done. The owner, Don, stopped by the next day to check their work. My husband and I couldn't be happier!

Great product, price and installation. Excellent job! The sales team was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had a wide variety of flooring and pricing. The installation was fast and professional. We had some badly un-even areas on the floor, when they were done it was smooth and unnoticeable. We shopped around and believe we got the best product and price in Austin.

do not use!. Austin is a big small town and there are other flooring places that should get business over this place.

The owner is rude, condescending and actually mean. He was verbally attacking and there is no way I could ever recommend this company and feel good about it.. Our floors are fine, but the process was awful due to the owner. Use Ace Hardwoods or Artisan Floors. Their work is better and the customer service leaps and bounds better.

.Great sales staff, great wood flooring products, and great installation crew!. Installation crew was polite and respectful but most of all, they were professionals who knew exactly what they needed to do and they got the job done without making a mess of my home. I've had other jobs done by Home Depot and Loews and been very unhappy. Austin Hardwood Floors made me very happy by installing the new wood floor quickly and it looks great!. I'm very pleased with their work. I shopped around before deciding on Austin Hardwood Flooring and they were the least expensive too. If you want a wood floor, these are the guys to go to in Austin. Don't waste your time with others.

Hardwood Flooring Done Right from start to finish. When I decided to put hardwood flooring in my home, I visited almost every flooring store in town. When I walked into Austin Hardwood Flooring, I realized that I didn't need to keep driving all around. Austin Hardwood had everything in one place. I finally picked a color and style that was hard to come by, and only Austin Hardwood Flooring could get it for me within a reasonable time. I was so glad to have found them. The project manager was very helpful, the installers were very professional, and the prices were great. I have already referred several of my friends to Austin Hardwood Flooring, and I will continue to do so.

Perfect Flooring Job. In a perfect world, all remodeling projects would be carried out with the courtesy, quality and expertise of this hardwood flooring job. The samesman was friendly, knowledgable, and informative. The installation crew was prompt, efficient and clean. The entire job was great.
