Used this company as a referral from Home Depot. We got 2 fans, 1 light and 1 halogen strip light. The guy was to install the fans and 1 light. I was holding off on the strip light, glad I did! 1st: The initial person didn't even show up. I called the main office, rescheduled, but the guy originally assigned, left me a message an hour after he was to show up, with some excuse and for me to call him to reset the appt. (?!?) The next day, another guy showed up. Seemed nice, but started trying to upsell me immediately. I told him I just wanted these items installed, to just get it done. He took that as:, "I'm stupid, please overcharge me...." So, 7 hours later.... YES 7 HOURS! He was done. He cussed and got really irritated all because he couldn't handle one of our fans. He couldn't get the wireless remote to work, the one he said he just installed the other day... So while he's throwing his hat around and getting more upset, I'm trying to work at home meanwhile.... He was just unprofessional, kept telling me a different price. Told me $300, then $600 then we ended up paying $700... and now I have to call them again because the 1 fan turns on/ off when the other fan's remote is used, but only when we dont know it? weird....I'm not looking forward to this second experience. I'm using my old guy from now on: Decker Electric, he's nice, brings help, and always is professional and gets the job done. NO more referrals from Home Depot. (PS: they sent out an estimater for a outdoor porch cover: $17,000!!! )Love HD NOT their referrals....

Pros: The girl at the main office was nice

Cons: Unprofessional, No show, DIdn't do the job right the 1st time

I was quoted a range of 99.00 to $135 to have a ceiling fan installed. When the installer arrived, he said the price would be $250. He was rude and laughed in my face when I said I was told it would be from 99.00 to 135.00. He apologized when I told him he did not have to laugh at me but later denied it ever happened. He did not tell the truth and was later not accountable for his actions and response.

Pros: None tht I can think of.

Cons: Late to appointment and unprofessional.
