Great sports massage!. I received a gift certificate for at Christmas to the spa. I went with the one-hour sports massage and felt great after. Sports Massage. Was given an excellent deep tissue massage by Melanie. The sports massage does a great job of muscle relaxation and the ambience is great also. It truly has great medicinal value especially if you're in a field that requires a lot of stress on your back and neck.
