News Flash !. Maybe it's just hype ? .. but I also remember hearing about the founder of Brooklyn Pie Co comming back to Austin.

If so , this is great news for serious pizza foodies.

I know someone who ran into him in LA .and mentioned the same thing. Everyone keep their fingers crossed , because you havn't tasted real pie until youv'e had it from Mike , mark or something like that .

The best pizza in Austin!!!. This is the best pizza in Austin, the lunch slice is huge and cheap. You have to try this place! Order a large pizza and you will eat it for a week!!!

Very good service. The pizza is good. Place is small, so do a carry out. I was not doing backflips, but it was okay. The staff was friendly and the place clean.

Only pizza in Texas. I'm from New Haven, CT. Even the f!@#ing Krauser's, a quick stop type store in New Haven, has better pizza than anywhere in Austin. The Brooklyn Pie Co. on the other hand makes proper pizza with thin but substantial crust the way only us from the east cost seems to know is right. I was especially delighted that they put real good sausage and roasted peppers on my pie instead of microwave breakfast sausage and thin uncooked peppers like everywhere else in Austin has so far. Can't speak to the quality of their delivery service, finding the place was a little hard, I'm not used to this business of access roads, but the people were nice and the price was fair for a great pizza.

Your own personal cravings satisfied!!!. These guys can make anything you ever craved when it comes to pizza and it tastes wonderful!

They have a variety of toppings like no place else I have ever seen. Their gourmet topping selection is unbeliveable!

Not in the mood for red sauce? They have white pizzas as well as a great pesto sauce.

I have been a customer since they opened and have always found the staff to be curtious and accomidating. They make the time to double check my order before I walk out the door, as a single mom with 2 kids I can tell you there is nothing more annoying than picking up food, getting home and then realizing that the restraunt frogot something. Conversation is kept at a good level for all customers so you feel welcome, yet you are not waiting on some long drawn out conversation to finish between the counter person and the customers infront of you.

If you want a great place to just eat and relax with your friends their patio seating is perfect.

I definately suggest you go in and try a whole pie or stop in for lunch for a slice of pizza that is so large you could save a bit for a snack later if you wanted to! The only issue you may have here is that everything sounds and looks so good you may not be able to decide what you want!!! Don't fret though, they are great at giving you suggestions!!!!!

It's NY in TEXAS!. I lived in NY for years and love the pizza there but never found the same in Texas untill now. Give it a try and you will come back for more. They need arcade games to make it a home from home.

Yummy!. Very good pizza. Would recommend that anyone try it. But is different compared to the chains. Was just in NYC about 2 weeks ago...very similar to the pizza stands and similar to Grimaldi's crust. Would go again..might not have it delivered because of the past reviews. Only problem is that the building is small..they have 2 tables and window bar seats (about 6) inside and a few picnic tables outside.

BEST PIZZA! A real New York experience...brings you back to the East Coast!. After we moved here from the East Coast we were able to find a couple of so-called "pizza" places, but we could not find any place that served real NY "Pies"...until now! OMG, this place is amazing!! mouth-watering, delicious, and the biggest New York Slices you can get your hands on!!! If you drop by for lunch, sit back and get ready for a treat...and I dare you to order 2 slices!

They are opening a new location at Spicewood Springs and Mesa, next to Mirabelle which will be much closer to my home and more seating...I can't wait! See you all there :-)
