Great Customer Service & Atmosphere

I had 12 inches cut from my hair and I was very nervous about the haircut!! Cyndie immediately put me at ease and gave me a great stylish cut that was CUTE & SASSY and easy to style. She gave me a couple of options of how to style my "new do". I am always able to maintain a great style, even if I am overdo for my next haircut - A tribute to a great cut!!
My teenage sons love their hairtcuts from Cyndie, too! She listens to what they want and takes the time to find out what amount of time they're willing to spend on their hairstyles.

I was new to Austin about a year ago and I needed to find a new hair stylist. I am pretty particular about my hair so I was nervous about going to someone new to cut my hair. I am so thankful that I that I found Cyndie!! When I first met with her she was so sweet and listened to what I wanted. The haircut she gave me was by far the best I have ever had. It was exactly what I wanted..better than I imagined actually. I get compliments on it all the time. I will never get my hair cut by anyone else!

It's been over three years since I had a haircut I really loved and 6 months since the worst bangs I've ever been given; after lots of less than great hair experiences, Cyndie has renewed my faith in stylists! She really paid attention to what I said I wanted and the picture I brought while bringing her expert opinions and experience to my ideas, and I walked out after an hour of great conversation with an amazing haircut that I completely love. It's a big change (from hair halfyway down my back to collarbone level) and she made me feel so comfortable and confident about carrying it out. Easily the best stylist I've found in Austin at a really reasonable price. It took 5 years in Austin, but i have finally found a stylist I can look forward to seeing. Thanks, Cyndie!
