product doesn't stay

I went to ABY med spa on two occasions. First for botox and then a second time for lip injections (Restalyne). Marie is very sweet and takes her time to go over all of the procedures with you- I felt very happy when leaving the first time for Botox.. it was cheaper than anywhere else I could find and I felt she was very thorough.

About 2 weeks later I still had considerable movement in my brow and contacted Marie. I went back in and got additional botox ($50 worth) in one area. I wasn't offered an additional discount or free area. At the same time I got my Restalyne done. I picked Restalyne over Juvaderm because Marie told me it would last much longer than Juvaderm would.

4 weeks later.... the Restalyne COMPLETELY gone. About a week later (5-7 weeks after my Botox was originally done) I noticed more movement coming back. (all around my eyes, the middle of the brow etc) I wrote Marie and she wrote back a single line stating I would need to come in to show her what I was talking about.

It's been 2 weeks since then- the Botox has completely worn off. So $1100 bought me about 3 weeks of lip augmentation and about 6-7 weeks of Botox.

This has happened to all 3 of my girlfriends who have gone here. NOT HAPPY>

Called and was directed by Marie to CitySearch to convince my wife to come--who knows, maybe Marie wrote all the good reviews. Anyway she stood my wife up, who was waiting in this hair salon (the business is now piggybacking) by a room with a white board on the door instructing folks to wait--she waited...and waited. Called her number, no answer. I feel bad I found this place for my wife to save a few bucks--anyway, avoid this one.

• Pros: wonderful drive on 183 in rush hour
• Cons: waiting in a hair salon for Marie who ignores her phone

Simply the best...

Marie would be considered the best in NY, Chicago, Dallas and LA, but thank goodness she's here in Austin. Her experience coupled with the time she takes to learn your needs and desired outcome are exemplary. She does not do any procedure or use any product on her clients she will not use on herself! She is entirely knowledgable and up to date on all the latest procedures, good and bad. The prices are the best I've seen anywhere.

Her staff was delightful, welcoming, friendly and sincere. There are no 'sales' efforts, just suggestions if you ask for specific types of products; Marie will stear you to the one(s) best for your particular skin and needs. You'll feel calm, peaceful and pampered, comfortable that you are receiving the right product(s) & procedure(s). Best of all, you'll look marvelous and be amazed at how delightful the experience is!

I completely trust Marie. I 've met many of her clients and they feel the same way. She came highly recommended to me and I will be a client for a long time to come.
