I'm so glad I found this place! It is a bit of drive if you don't live out in Lakeway/Bee Caves but well worth a drive for the experience. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable, I was greeted immediately when I walked in and was introduced to one of owners. I noticed the staff greeted several people by name when they came in so it must be a popular local hangout. After seeing the wines lables I could see why they liked it. There are many labels I have never seen so if your looking for yellow tail (yuck!) don't come here. My overall impression is that it is a very relaxed/friendly environment but with a 'very' knowledgable staff. My buddy and I chose a bottle of a southern rhone wine that was really great and for only $17. They brought us these huge Riedel glasses and opened/poured the wine for us. In the end we polished off the bottle and got one to take home along with a Spainish wine that I had the next night - I hadn't really been into Spainish wines but this one definitly changed my opinion. I'd recommend checking it out if not for anything other than trying some different labels other than the usual suspects I see around Austin. The only negative would be that they don't have kitchen but I did see people bring in a pizza from next door and sit down with their bottle, so they must not mind you bringing your own. Interesting? They have cheese plates but I was just a little extra hungry that night. I signed up online to take an Italian wine class so I'm anxious to see how that goes.

Pros: Great selection of wine/beer. Excellent customer service

Cons: Limited food items.
