NOT a SPA Experience.
I would not recommend this spa to anyone. Not only is it uninviting but it is poorly designed and no Zen or relaxation. You felt like you were being put through a machine. The message was poor at best
and facial was rough, do not even waste your money on a manicure and beware at the end of the facial they slather honey across your lips, just weird.
The changing room was inadequate and uncomfortable, NO space.
While waiting for any of my services, area reserved for clients had staff and other clients criss-crossing back and forth through the room not relaxing at all, furniture was uncomfortable. There were a lot of men that were not getting services and or staff that were walking around and makes you feel uncomfortable.
Noise from the hallway was pretty obvious, as well as the staff coming and going from there break room which is right in the middle of the lack there of relaxation area.
The entire massage I heard doors being slid open and closed and dishes being washed. Music came from cheesy, portable speakers that just didn't cut it.
If you are trying to do a Spa day with the girls, you all will be let down.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Great Spa and Fabulous Haircut experience. The 2 hour massage is a dream....they had to pick me up with a spatula! That is how relax I felt. From the welcoming athmosphere to the professionalism of the masseuse everything is world class. Robin my hairdresser is great and I look forward to my appointment ad glass of wine every 6 weeks!…
Not Bad.
Pros: Decent massage, decent facial, nice facilities, facialist gave me a free sample and free ultra sonic upgrade, facialist and masssuse were both very nice. Like being able to choose between
different scents of body oils, butter, and lotions before massage. Friendly people and a relaxing, tasteful environment.
Cons: Had to wait a long time between treatments, facial was good but a little rough. I've had better facials and better massages (I've had a lot bc I am a spa junkie) but these were by no means bad. Parking was a pain in the rear for the downtown location. Not a big fan of the manis/pedis here (over priced and uncomfortable).
Overrall: Good spa and will be returning!…
Perfect Relaxation!.
After several visits to Milk & Honey's Hill Country Galleria store, I must admit, they are superior in customer service, friendliness, and best of all, spa services.
Randy (my masseuse) and Amanda (my hairdresser) are absolutely two of the best professionals I've had the pleasure of calling my own.
The front desk is ALWAYS helpful, considerate, and accomodating. Best of all, they treat everyone as a VIP both before (when you look awful!) and afterwards (when you look and feel your best).…
