very bad service, prices are much too high for the product they offer. The people that work here are very rude. The customer does not come first in this place. I felt like they were trying to cheat me out of my money. Do not go to Giant.

Horrible. This place is horrible. I agree with the previous reviewer. Do not shop at Giant Appliances!

I got a better deal and much better customer service at Conn's.

rip off scam. Do not shop at Giant discount appliances. They well broken appliances that quit right after the 30 day warranty expires. Not worth the minimal savings to have $600 paper weight in your house.

Scratch&dent appliance outlet in Round Rock!. I recently bought a "scratch and dent" Whirlpool washer and dryer set from these guys. I would've paid $100 more for the same exact set with the same warranty at Home Depot. Highly recommended!
