My Mother has been telling me for years to go here, go there, do this do that. Last week my car started acting funny then all the sudden died, then started again? I told my Father about it, he said find a good shop, and let them look at it, later that evening my Mother called, and said "Take it back to the dealer". So that is what I did! After sitting there for 4 1/2 hours, and having every sleazy, married car salesman staring, and hitting on me, I was finally told that they could not figure it out. I went home, called a friend, she said that she had taken her car in for repairs not to long ago, and that they were very friendly, and proffesional. I got the phone #, called them, and right off the bat I felt comfortable. Usually businesses are like, "Oh yeah coooommmeeee on in we would LOVE to take advantage, ER UH? Take care of you? I got the feeling from talking to the lady on the phone that she was really interested in me, and the problem I was haing. When I got there it was nothing like the dealership! It was very comfortable, and WOW, they were SO NICE! They found out what was wrong quickly, then explained all my options to me, and helped me make the best decision for my financial situation. There was no hard sell, and they gave me a payment plan, needless to say I won't be listening to my mother anymore!
Pros: Friendly / Honest
Cons: No slimey car salesmen! HAHAHAHA!
