Worst Business Owner in the World!. There are a lot of better choices for purchasing your trophies than at Crown on 620. The prices were OK, but the service and quality couldn't be any worse. I bought a couple dozen trophies of various sizes. After receiving them, I called to complain that many of them were leaning and/or misaligned. The owner hung up on me! I called back and the manager answered and I told him of the same issues and he tried to help me. But obviously the owner didn't want him to spend any time fixing my trophies. Needless to say, I ended up having to fix them myself.…
Fast & Efficient Customer Service. They met the need quickly and when I changed gears, they still met the need. Less than 3 hour turn around on project. We were happy and pleased with their service. Anita
SUCKED. I called to order a gun case and was never replied to!!! I called back several time to get ahold of someone and still told I would be called back and never was!!!! I will never use them again!!!!!!
