Initially I went to Elements to have a small tattoo partially removed but have since gone back for freckle removal and broken capillary treatments. After experiencing all 3 procedures, numerous times each (having targeted my face, neck, chest, hands, arms, and tattoo area) by Elements' exceptional technicians, I have nothing but glowing reviews for this gem of a spa.

To start, I can always find parking, and while it's metered, my sessions are so quick and efficient as to cost me pennies in parking fees. The spa itself is the epitome of Austin's hip/funky/chic style. It's also absolutely spotless (something this germa-phobe really pays attention to). I'm always greeted by name and usually seen immediately or after only the briefest of waits. Seriously, their staff is hyper-efficient and yet never fail to be warm, engaging, friendly, and upbeat. They definitely love what they do, and man, do they do it well.

Nicole, in particular, is highly experienced and adept with all 3 machines needed for my 3 treatments. She explains how they work and what they'll feel like beforehand, so there are no surprises, plus continues to check in with me during the process, just in case the stinging sensation gets too intense. She never forgets to chart my progress with pictures and personal accounts. When I decided midstream to have even more of my tattoo removed than planned, she jumped right in, targeting the specific areas like a pro, leaving the part I want to keep untouched. With my facial treatments, if I ever feel disappointed with the results (only one time did my skin not respond as hoped), they offer (without my asking) to rectify the situation at no cost to me.

As someone who's had many more cosmetic & facial treatments than the average woman (due to aging, incredibly delicate and problematic skin), I feel qualified to rate Elements at the best in Austin. I've been to countless dermatology clinics and spas all over town for the past 12 years, including the most ritzy/pricey in existence. Nowhere have I had such impeccable service and remarkable results. To top that off, their prices are very competitive and they never try to up-sell! They address my specific needs without pressuring me to do/spend more. I feel respected, cared about, and most of all, beautiful.

Also, I can't stress this enough, Nicole has worked miracles on my troubled skin. Thanks to her I can leave the house w/out makeup feeling confident and glowing for the first time in 20 years. The woman is a laser goddess!

Dawna Lynn is the best! She is very thorough with the lasering, she goes out of her way to make sure that I am comfortable during my sessions, and she is very knowledgeable (explains the process and is open to any questions). She is empathetic and wants to make sure that you are pleased with the process and results.

Elements Laser Spa is a great place. All the people who work there are friendly and helpful; plus, the building is nice and clean. I have never had a bad experience there.

Rose Rocks!!! I am not a fan of driving downtown and trying to park but I know that I cannot live without Rose. She sincerely cares about her clients and if there is any chance you could have bad results from laser treatment she always does the right thing! Very educated and knowledgeable on the dos and dont's and I appreciate that someone is looking out for me. I will endure the downtown ordeal since she will never go anywhere else because in her words Elements 'is the best!'

My first visit was harrowing--getting there through 5th Street construction projects slowed me, then my first encounter with Austin's new parking meters confounded me. Once I figured it out and got inside Elements, however, all was bliss. The salon was quiet and peaceful. As another client pointed out, snooty is not their style. The small staff put me at ease right away. I was there for laser hair removal, and a bit nervous, but Nicole, my technician, was a real pro, explaining every step of the procedure. She was gentle and considerate, and did a good job. I will need a series of treatments to totally eliminate the unwanted hair, so she scheduled them out at six-week intervals. Before I left, she gave me parking tips for my next visit. I would recommend them to anyone.

I love this place. It's not at all snooty or stuffy or anything else associated with the word "spa". On the contrary, it's laid back and friendly, and you are in good hands there. Rose has always been my technician, and she's great. I highly recommend her and Elements!

I love Elements Laser Spa...Dawna Lynn is great!!! I have gone there for laser hair removal and could not be happier with the results. Dawna is great at explaining every part of the treatment and making sure you feel completely comfortable every time. Thank you!

I love this spa, North or South location has friendly staff. I felt comfortable from the first treatment ( Brazillian - not so easy to feel comfortable ). Dawna Lynn is great makes you feel at ease, she is quick and pays attention to detail. I had great results with my underarm treatments. I went back for other areas, I would recommend this laser spa. I did have laser treatments from Dermatologist office which did not give me lasting results. South location is a bit of a pain to park downtown, but a buck for the meter and walk across the street- I was in and out.

Nicole is the greatest! She is always so friendly and sweet. I have been having laser treatments for about 3 years now and ever since Nicole started doing them I look forward to going to my appointments. It makes me want to buy a new package every two years just so I can see her. I just love her awesome personality!

Rose is the best. I have been going to elements for laser hair removal for about a year. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. Rose is my technician and has been excellent. I have had bad experiences at other salons but this place is very careful about performing the treatments. Rose is very thorough and makes the experience pleasant. I have had great response to the treatments. Agree with other comments that parking can be a pain. I highly recommend elements and especially Rose!
