Elements: Highly Recommend!. I just completed 6 Brazilian laser sessions with Dawnna and she made the whole experience very pleasant. This was my first foray into lasering so I was glad I chose such a professional place and got Dawnna as my technician. She made me feel very comfortable and my results were great. I was especially glad that she was age-appropriate for a middle-aged woman such as myself. The salon is very clean and well-furnished. Parking can be a pain but it's worth the aggravation for the salon.

Rose is awesome!. Just finished my ninth treatment. Rose was awesome! Very professional! Very easy to communicate with! And always did a great job! Am VERY happy with the results!

Marisela is the best!. I have been coming here for over a year now and I love the results. I have met a lot of people who made me skeptical of laser hair removal. I heard a lot of people who said it didn't work. I took my chances but started with a small inexpensive area (underarms). I was so impressed with the results even after just one session that I began doing every part that I have to shave(yes that includes Brazilian). At first the thought of having someone down there zapping my privates with a laser gave me a lot of anxiety but Marisela makes the whole experience easy and comfortable. (as comfortable ass you can be spreading your checks and getting zapped). I wont let anyone else do the Brazilian on me

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!. I had been contemplating the idea of laser hair removal since October 2011. I was so tired of using that cream on my face. Not to mention how brutal it is on your skin. Anyway, a friend of mine at work told me about Elements. Everything she told me sounded really good, but, of course, I had to do research first. My main concern after doing research was the possible side effects it would have on my skin. The side effects listed for a black woman (that would be me) were severe blistering and skin discoloration. After reading this, I used that awful cream for a few more months. I finally got so tired of it using it, that I bit the bullet, and called to make an appointment. Once I arrived, Meghan (my aesthetician) was so warm and inviting. I filled out some paperwork, and went to the back for a consult. Meghan answered all of my questions. She even went as far to let me know that they're are two different machines that they use, depending on your hair density and/or skin type. After the consult, I laid back and braced myself for a little bit of discomfort. To my surprise, it was totally harmless. The machine that Elements uses has a laser pulse, as well as, a cooling device built into it, so it just felt like a burst of oxygen or CO2 on my skin. The entire process took about 20 minutes. I have experienced no adverse effects, and I can already see and feel a difference. I was so ecstatic, I scheduled my next appointment immediately. Elements is definitely the place to go if you want laser hair removal. The staff is nice and inviting, the office was extremely clean, and the price....I just can't say enought about it!! Mark my words, you won't be disappointed. I wasn't. :-)

Great Establishment. I have been extremely pleased with Nicole and all of service that I have received. I have never had to wait for my appointment and am thrilled with the results! I would recommend Elements Laser Spa to anyone!!!

Top Notch!. I've had 4 treatments so far at the north location and the ladies there have been incredible. I have always had great customer service. Meghan and Amanda are wonderful ladies and Elements is lucky to have them! I'll continue coming here.

Great Service!!. My laser hair removal treatments at Element Laser Spa in North Austin has been a pleasant experience. The building is nicely decorated and always very clean. The customers service is always exceptional, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. The procedure itself has gone smoothly and quickly. Amanda, my technician, is super friendly and knows her stuff!! I would reccomend this spa to anyone of my friends!!

Nice spa but no parking.. When I made my first appointment I wasn't told they do not have parking and that the sign is really small, faded and hard to read. With the traffic and one way streets parking is hard to find and construction is blocking off most of the spaces on there street. It took me half an hour to find the place and park the first time I went and I didn't have any change for the meter. They do have 3 spots out front in a loading zone you can use by putting magnetic signs on your car doors, but they are often already taken. I've stopped going because it's to stressful driving around looking for parking.

However once you do find parking and make your way inside the place is clean and friendly.

So bring change for the meters!

Best Facial Ever. I just had a facial with Dawna Lynn at the Downtown Austin location and she was amazing. I have had many facials in my life, so I'm hard to impress. Dawna Lynn was very knowledgable, and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I had microderm, and I'm going back next month for a chemical peel. My skin has never looked so good!

Austin's Best Laser Spa. Elements Laser- Downtown Austin is the best! I have been to different laser spas in the past but nothing compares to Element. My technician Marisela was very professional and knowledgeable. I am currently getting my lower legs & my brazilian area done and was very nervous before my first appointment but after Marisela answered all my questions and gave me tips on things to do before & after my appointment I felt confident that my body was in good hands :) My boyfriend is also getting his back done and I love how she made sure to educate him about the importance of sun exposure of and skin pigmentation. I would highly recommend anyone to go there. My last treatment is scheduled for this weekend and just love the thought of living hair & razor free!! :)
