Very honest!. The mother board on my three year old computer got fried by an electrical surge, even though I used a surge suppressor. I called and spoke with Alex and instead of him trying to talk me into repairing my computer he said "In all honesty, you can get a new computer for about the same price as it would cost to repair your old one." He also told me the name of a place where I might be able to sell the parts from the old computer. I take great stock in a truthful person and will keep his name and number on file for the future. Solid Support. I called Alex based on the other reviews and I'm glad I did. Alex was on-time and called before arriving (as he said he would). He fixed the issue in 30 minutes and spent the remainder of the hour helping me with a few other issues that I didn't even plan on addressing, but heck, we had the time since he accomplished his goal so quickly! Friendly tech service with MOBILE store! WOW!!. Alex came to my home in specified time. He is very neat and friendly technician.
