Great Room for Confererences and Business Meetings. My boss recently scheduled one of our company business/training meetings at the Austin Wyndham and it was really nice! The staff was really nice and very welcoming. We had this big board room with comfy conference chairs all to ourselves. It was conveniently located near the bathrooms...perfect! It was also equipped with a drop down screen we could use for out powerpoint presentations.

I could tell that the hotel was recently remodeled and it looked really nice. They even have awesome pictures of local Austin musicians all over as decorations. Our out of town guests really enjoyed looking at those and though I'm local to Austin so I didn't stay in a room, all our visiting guests said the rooms were great.

awesome staff and great location. If you you want to be treated like Royalty, this is the place to go. Also, good location, near the airport.

The Best Hotel Staff in Austin!. I would like to share a great experience I recently had staying at the Woodward Hotel, in Austin, Texas. As I checked into the hotel after a long day at work I was greeted at the door by Richard Chanofsky (General Manager) and as we spoke he was so pleasant and excited about all the renovations they were doing to the hotel they purchased in June. He personally took me on a tour to show me all the things that were happening. As he was showing me around the first couple of things I noticed was the cleanliness and what a Texas welcome all employees were giving me. I would encourage all who are coming to Austin, Texas to give the Woodward Hotel a try. I bet you wont be let down.

Great Value for the Money. I am rating this hotel overall above average for being a terrific value for the money. Our room was very large and clean, smelled nice. We were told that the rooms like ours on the pool side of the building are bigger and have better views - so ask for those. The staff were all friendly and helpful, from the shuttle driver who picked our group up at the airport, to the front desk, to the wait staff at breakfast, to the people who set up our meeting room. The pool was nice and clean. Not exactly a 5-star resort, but sunny and not very crowded. In short we got a pretty good stay for a really cheap price,

Amazing Staff & Service!. I hosted a party at the Woodward Hotel for my daughter's quinceanera. Ms. Janet Hendricks was not only incredibly helpful; she also eased all my worries. She was courteous and gave me various suggestions, to help have my daughter's birthday well prepared. We went into the Townlake Ballroom and figured out the positioning of every table, the dance floor etc...from the center pieces of every table to a special table for the little kids that were coming to sit. In interacting with her I felt like I was doing business with a very professional and friendly staff. The food was exquisite, the bartender was prompt, attentive and courteous and the party ended beautifully. My guests and family have congratulated me for the wonderful party, and I know that it would have not been, if it weren't for the amazing staff.

Super Hotel Staff & Great Location. I was not sure what to expect, because I had never heard of the Woodward Hotel.

This hotel is very good and will be very elegant once remodeling of hotel is finished.

My room was first rate and the staff was very professional. 10 minutes to downtown during rush hour and very close to some very unique dining on South Congress (SOCO)area.

Amazing Hotel Staff. There were many choice in Austin but this "little gem", just a few exists from 6th street, was a great find. From the "at your service" by each employee you encountered, to accomodation of my every request, this was a pleasure for myself and my husband.

The Woodward was under renovation but the staff did all to satisfy our needs. I can't wait until the hotel is completed. This hotels' staff was in a word...Amazing! I will be back.

This was perfect...... This was the best trip to Austin I have ever had. The reception for myself and my boyfriend was incredible, and the staff was polite, kind and attentive. We will never stay anywhere else but here, when we come to Austin. The General Manager told us the best is yet to come. In my book, you won't be disapointed by the services, if you stay at this hotel.
