I'm writing this to express my highest endorsement of Nancy Wesson. Nancy has impressed me with her knowledge and experience, but additionally with her skill working with a wildly diverse set of stakeholders. She has worked with our staff both through group instruction and individual consultation. She has also worked with our "move team" extensively to coordinate both strategic and operational issues of the process. Her style is simultaneously strong and collaborative. Speaking as a client with a nonprofit budget, I can testify that she is a master at working with furniture and space elements that are modest. I truly believe that our new space will be a more productive and more nurturing healing environment thanks to Nancy.

Nancy and the organizational process she taught me made a huge difference in my life. We found new uses for spaces that became more intuitive and functional. I was not just clearing a path physically but also clearing one emotionally as I began to let go of the past and look forward to the future. Through the process Nancy taught me how to change my behavior so that I could self-maintain our home after she was gone. She helped me develop a sense of organization that I had no concept of.
